Mr Hatim this review is for you

Stay away from this company if you value peace of mind. My experience with Battmobile has been very disappointing. The customer service is poor, and the assigned service advisor, Mr. Hatim, has been unresponsive.

Dear Mr. Hatim,
I wish you had the courtesy to keep your customers informed about the status of their vehicles. We value our time, and while we understand that expectations may not always be met, clear and timely communication makes a significant difference.

I repeatedly followed up through customer service and requested that you contact me, but I never received any response. If I were to rate your service, it would be in the negative. Despite multiple follow-ups regarding my car, which was only in for routine maintenance, I was consistently told that the service advisor would contact me—but this never happened.

As a result, I had to arrange my own transportation and travel to the office by taxi on Monday, incurring additional expenses. This is particularly frustrating given the current situation, where everyone is trying to manage and reduce costs.

To other Battmobile customers: before handing over your car for service, make sure to check who your service advisor is. If it happens to be Mr. Hatim, you may want to reconsider.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their business model feels quite misleading.

They sell a car battery along with a “1-year service package” for around AED 2000, which sounds like a great and economical deal at first. However, this appears to be more of a marketing trap. Once you actually send your car for service, the situation changes completely. The so-called “free services” don’t really exist because they charge very high prices for parts and additional repairs, making the total cost extremely expensive.

Another serious concern is the lack of transparency and accountability. There is no proper job order or service tracking system, so customers have no clear record of what work is being done on their car. This makes it difficult to keep evidence or monitor the progress.

In my case, they kept my car for 3 days without clear updates, and then informed me that I would need to pay a minimum of AED 10,000 to fix the issues. This came as a complete shock compared to the initial promise of affordable service.

My honest advice to others: if you value your car’s safety and peace of mind, it may be better to let go of the initial AED 2000 rather than getting trapped into expensive and unclear repair costs later. Always ask for detailed quotations, proper job cards, and transparency before proceeding.

Excellent and Honest Service at Battmobile

I had a really great experience with Battmobile Services. The job was done properly and professionally, and you can tell they take pride in their work. What I appreciated most is their honesty — they explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.

The staff were also very kind, respectful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a service that’s both reliable and honest, but Battmobile definitely delivered. Highly recommended!
