Package lost and company lied

I ordered some jewelry as a gift for someone and unfortunately it did not arrive (lost or stolen i assume). I filled out a form and explained what had happened and received an email stating my claim had been approved and that I would receive a refund/replacement for the order. They then emailed me stating they could only give me a discount code for the amount I paid, despite the email I received stating I'd receive my refund. I don't plan on buying from them again and explained that the order was a gift I had needed by a specific date. This is extremely shady practice and I'd advise buyers to beware. I will update my review if the problem is solved

The Newbie to BaubleBar

I'm new to BaubleBar. I love their products and I received my custom bracelet. But, last weekend, the small rope broke off (luckily, it landed in my handbag - I was doing retail therapy) and saw the bracelet hanging on my wrist (again, grateful I didn't lose it). I reached out to the Customer Service at BaubleBar to inquiry on how the small rope can be fasten to the bracelet...I received a timely response and it was mentioned that I can receive a replacement but the customer service representative, Tiffany, would understand if I wanted a refund.
Sent my reply to Tiffany to say I don't want a refund and I would be happy to receive a new bracelet (I seriously LOVE my bracelet and would be heartbroken if I couldn't fix it).
Tiffany has been great in communicating with me regarding the matter and I look forward to receiving the new one.

Fantastic Customer Service & Quality

Excellent customer service! I ordered a custom blanket for a friend, but some of the fabric looked pulled and worn. I contacted customer care, and they immediately apologized and arranged for a replacement. Outstanding support and great quality—I highly recommend BaubleBar!

Positive Results! I had an issue with my custom order and…

I had an issue with my custom order and once I subitted photos of my item, no questions asked, they immediately placed a replacement order for me. It was very easy. Additionally, I submitted my request at 9:22pm on a Thursday with an auto-reply email acknowledging my reqeust and letting me know their hours of 7am-9pm. I was not expecting a reply until the next day and to my surprise, I received a personal response within ONE minute (at 9:23pm) with an apology and letting me know my concern has been escalated an I would hear from someone soon. I had an email the next morning with the next steps to correct the issue and get the replacement ordered. I have loved everything I have ordered from BaubleBar and this experience just elevated my love for this company! I highly recommend! Great quality and a great customer experience!

Excellent Customer Service

I had a custom bracelet that unfortunately broke and emailed the customer care team. I really appreciate both Jamie & Tiffany in their responsiveness and assistance. They worked with me on finding a mutually beneficial solution - which was to send a replacement and I truly thank them for a seamless experence.

Great customer service

I received a BaubleBar bracelet as a gift a while back. It ended up breaking one day when I went to take it off so I contacted customer care. Chani was super helpful, offered a replacement and the order was placed right away. I really appreciated the help and responsiveness and am also happy that I was able to get my favorite bracelet replaced! :)

I bought a customized bracelet a month ago and it broke. I contacted customer service and Tiffany got back to me very quickly. She was understanding and very helpful. She assisted me right away. I had to answer a couple questions and they sent me a replacement! Great customer service!!!
