Customer service helped me get a refund after my bracelet broke

Yesterday I ordered a custom bracelet for my granddaughter's birthday and had it sent to her. Unfortunately, at checkout, I breezed over the part where I was supposed to put in a gift message. I realized she would not even know who sent it. I immediately sent an email to Baublebar to explain the situation. Jamie contacted me within a few hours to say that she was happy to put a gift message in the package for me. Cannot speak to the item itself because I have not yet seen it, but the company comes highly recommended so I am confident it will be lovely.

Ordered a bracelet with my daughter’s name on it and after 2 weeks of gentle wear it broke. I emailed BaubleBar and Kara from the customer care team was able to replace my bracelet free of charge. Customer service was quick and easy. 5 stars! Thank you Kara!

Very poor quality. I would not suggest purchases from BaubleBar. You can go to Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or Walmart to make a bracelet ten times cheaper than this garbage. The bracelets are also very small. They can't possibly be intended for an adult woman unless they are marketing to extremely skinny people. By the way, I'm not even 120 pounds with a very small wrist and it barely fits me. It does not fit the average woman who is typically much bigger than I am. They got an easy $112 out of me but NEVER again.

Chani, your customer service rep, went above & beyond to help me resolve an issue with the sizing of a necklace. I didn't understand when I ordered it how big it was, & that it would be unsuitable for my 10 year old granddaughter. She is allowing me to get store credit with it's return, & I am ordering the kid's version of that necklace. Chani was very professional & helpful in her dealings with me!

Clara, a customer care associate, helped me with my order and resolved the question I had. Fast replies, and a fast solution. I thank Clara, and I appreciate all the help!

I purchased a hinged bracelet that fell off several times within the first week of wearing. At some point it fell off and I didn’t notice and lost it. Chani with customer service was so responsive, helpful, and understanding and was able to send me a new bracelet!
