Doing Fraud and cheating, keeping money.
I don't know where should I start from. I am literally having tears in my eyes writing this review after sheer harassment due to begging for my hard eard money.
In 2022 I bought an earring, it was damaged and I asked them to send a replacement or get it corrected, and I shared an honest feedback about the work ethics. Their team which is thoroughly rude, unprofessional said that "we are still catering to you despite your bad reviews"..I mean seriously? I have paid you. I am not taking something for free and also their prices are exorbitant compared to other glass earrings and Afghani earrings sellers. I promised to myself to never buy from here ever again. They even removed the whole review section from Google after that. Not only my review was gone, the option to give or add review was gone. Even from their Facebook page, that option was removed.
In 2025 I saw them again in an advert. I thought maybe by now their customer services may have improved. I bought this year many earrings and many were not sent to me because they were damaged. I fail to understand why they would put up a product without checking first of its in a good shape. I ordered in February, now it's April. Their karigar went to Afghanistan, fine I understand. I ordered other 3 earrings in exchange. 2 they shipped , 1 they said was out of stock but it was showing in stock when I told them to give me that. Immediately it got out of stock. They said they sold it 5 days ago. But their is no cod option also the moment you purchase something it shows out of stock. Before that too when their discount price was 1999 per earring I ordered many abd asked if I can pay them 1999 and they can add one more I selected, to my shock that earring git vanished from website that very moment and prices changed to 2999.
Now that 1 earring I selected for exchanged they said they refunded as it was not in stock but it's still in stock, I also messaged them 5 times that please send before this too guess out of stock. They gave no reply even after seeing my messages. Today they said they have refunded as that earring I selected for exchanged is not available (showing available on the site)I checked in my email, Bank app, messages ..no notification , no mail and it's not showing in my account statement. They only refunded for 1 earring which they said they don't have from another order I did in April.
Now I asking them to share refund details..they have seen my msgs but they are not replying like always.
I am begging, messaging to just share refund details.. No replies.
I even saud I don't want to go to customer care /legal way.
No reply.
They are just frauds.
I will never buy from them again and if they don't refund my money I will make others aware of their fraud and will save them.
They are cheats.
I dunno who is sitting on the WhatsApp app. But that person is a big cheat and fraud. Truly shameless.!!!
There are other Afghani jewellery sellers who are honest, humble, responsive and will not cheat you.
These people are truly shameless and they either have blocked me on Facebook (as its not accessible now)or deleted their page as there were many who posted about their fraudulent activities. Many have posted how they don't refund. Now I too got the same experience.
Please save yourself harassment, don't buy from them.
I got lured due to beautiful designs but what's the point when those designs will suddenly be declared out of stock, damaged or never sent and worst part you will never receive your refund. They will ignore your messages and if you share an honest feedback they will get angry. This is hooligan type of behaviour. Not sure if it's the owner herself doing this or her customer care, may be she is not even aware of what is happening.
I am harassed and repentent right now. Dunno where to go. What to do.
I will now contact consumer care forum if they don't refund my money or share refund details which I know they haven't done.
