AVOID!!! THESE COLOURS ARE NOT TRUE TO THE IMAGES THEY SHOW

this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sell paint that looks NOTHING like the photos on their website and back themselves up with a LONG list of questions to blame the customer.

They ask the most ridiculous questions like “what was the weather like that day” as if that would ever be a reason for a “green” paint coming out s*** brown on my walls.

My bathroom is now ruined and they refuse to refund me blaming the fact I didn’t use a sample pot (like that would have made a difference)

They are entitled, rude and self rituous a** holes selling over rated paint that is not worth a penny let alone £180 a tin.

Shame on you Bau-won’t work I will forever tell anyone who mentions your name to avoid you like the plague.

I have just experienced the worst customer service from a brand I once held in high regard. AWFUL! I will not be using this company again

They completely mislead you with their imagery and "guidance" on application or should I say lack off. A gentlemen who was very patronising just called to let me know it was all my painters fault that there colour was totally different to what they advertised online. of course it would be our fault.

I would not recommend this brand to anyone now, save your money and time

Had the pleasure of working with Tim & Henry on a web design project, everything went according to the time line, when ever we wanted to make some changes they were more than happy to do so, honestly they were great to work with, would highly recommend!
