The smell of the shower! There is no smell/aroma!!
The smell of the shower gels that I ordered about 2 to 3 weeks ago not great.
Very disappointed in the Frank' and 'black no scent whatsoever I got my wife to smell the product and she has blood hound senses she says it just smells of soap.. i use Molto Brown black pepper range shower gel and spray I know different products but yours smell like you forgot to put the scent in.

5⭐️ I have tried all their products now and I can honestly say that are the best bath products I have used. Their bars of soap got me hooked first. I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot fault the customer service…
I cannot fault the customer service however I was a little disappointed with the bar soaps. Only used a couple of times in the shower and they started breaking down. At £7 a bar I would have expected longer life. Money was fully refunded quickly though so thank you for that.

Where’s me duck
Nice but smell not that strong in bath, brought them for myself not husband as he showers. Loved the bottles, packaging of fact the whole thing but would have liked the aroma stronger. Also didn’t get a Dave duck 🥲

Service truly impressive!
Fast delivery and lovely products, but what really impressed me was the responsive customer service. I had an amendment to the order, and they replied within an hour during the evening of a bank holiday. Will certainly recommend to others and use again myself.

I chose the bath soak for it's natural oils and scent
I chose the bath soak for my son in law. He loves the natural oils and strong scent that really helps him to relax after a hard physical days work and it helps him to have a good night's rest. That's important for him as he doesn't always sleep well.
