Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service and rude employees who refuse to deal with warranties properly. I am now down a lot of money for a useless product.

Thank you, the process was very smooth and professional! Even though it was not possible to place an order through the webshop with the delivery to our location, the staff was extremely helpful communicating and placing an order by email. The packages have successfully arrived.
