I received my ring this morning. It's beautiful and I couldn't be happier. In addition to the quality of the jewelry, I had questions prior to my purchase to which they promptly responded via email. They even went so far as to return a missed call from me even though I left no voicemail. I received my purchase after only two days of placing the order. 10/10 in every category, communication, shipping and the beauty and quality of the products they provide.

I purchased a pendant for my chain. it arrived two days after I placed the order. The quality of the piece is top notch. It was exactly what I was looking for and for a good price. They even let you upgrade to something nicer. I'll definitely be purchasing another item in the future.

I've ordered three gold rope chains from Bayam and the quality is amazing. I received all three without issue from FedEx. I loved the custom service and ease of placing an order. The chains were always packaged well and I liked that they came with a certificate. Will definitely order my jewelry from Bayam again.

Ordered 2 chains worth the price, however when I got the paper receipt it said I had ordered a women’s chain which was not the case and was told it was a unisex chain. Was also given a 24in instead of 20in, but I was able to exchange it for store credit and got the right one

I brought a customize ID bracelet for over $2000.00. The bracelet looked and felt cheap. It had a hollow space between the top of the name and the bottom of the name. This is not shown in and of the pictures. and of course it's not eligible for a refund.

EDIT: It's been a year and I'm still bitter about my purchase: product are NOT described...
They express their product to the nearest hundredth yet they also state in their FAQs that «we estimate the gram weights within a range of ±10%»...
I should have checked their facts although one could ask «why should you have ?» since they take time to put precise weight up to the 2nd decimal !
I got a cross that is 9.46% lighter than the advertised weight !
With the price of gold, this makes a noticable difference in the overall cost.
Being lighter also makes it feel cheaper and almost fake by the sound of it although this is probably due to the piece being hollow (Note that the label «Solid gold» doesn't mean the piece is full - SURPRISE !)
I've bought from another country, returning it would have involved further fees on my side.
Therefore I took my loss but I have to put things straight, hence this Edit.
Beware of buying online from them.
