I conversed with the Manhattan office several times, and they picked out just the gold bracelet I wanted. Wonderful puff mariner bracelet that has garnered numerous positive comments in the hotel I am staying at. Everyone who spies this piece is crazy about it, which makes me feel I delt with just the right people at Goldum. The fit/ finish is exactly what I imagined, and the beautiful design is pretty new to my area. I am looking forward to my next piece, as I trust this company.

As of now 3 months dealing with customer service not good!!! I’ve been left without call back as promised, I did a return and didn’t get refunded as I was supposed to, tried to buy something and didn’t accept the discount somehow yet when I do get an agent I’m blown off by them saying I’ve escalated your complaint and someone will call u back!!!

This experience was great!. This was the first time hearing of this establishment, and I was a little concern, but after reading all the wonderful and positive reviews I decided to give them a chance. The website presentation is well designed, navigation of the site was smooth.(Easy to locate items). The customer support is top-notch, regardless how late in the day I contacted them, especially after I received the item.I always received a positive interaction. The first time reaching out was fairly late where I assumed it would be a day or two later before I would receive a response,but to my surprise they quicklyresponded I mean within seconds it had to be 8pm or close there by. This type of service has become a lost art. This type of service says a lot about the character of a business, its owners, and its workers. If that wasn't enough the item arrived more brilliant than any one us expected.

In comparison to the other establishments we visited even the one we frequently patronize fell way below in quality, and price. I am please to say this was a Win-Win outing, for the person receiving the gift bevause they absolutely love the Two Finger Ring, and for us the buyer because we have found our new jewelry outlet that we will patronize going forward.
