Horrible Experience

Horrible customer service. Stated that they had my mother accepted for a month as we needed a week of respite care to move & we were considering long term care there. As it turn out, it was going to be an easier route & less expensive placing her in an assisted living facility. 2 days before the respite care they denied her stating that because we did not use them for long term care, they would not approve respite. Respite should be irrelevant & independent of where we placed her. Complete BS & horrible customer service. Highly do not recommend them.
