Received merchandise that was unwrapped…

Received merchandise that was unwrapped and expired. Called and emailed several times to resolve the problem. Did not get a response until I called the fourth time. Both companies said they issued a refund and its been over 10 days and I haven't gotten my money back. Buyer beware! I will never shop this merchant again.

Ordered on the 8th it shipped on the 12th today is the 16th and still do not have maybe you should work a little bit on shipping.

The wrong item was delivered

The wrong item was delivered. Notified them that I wanted a return or exchange that same night. Eventually the issue was resolved. Would order from again.
