Never buy from baywayautogroup
The last time I had my 2010 Cadillac oil changed at this dealership, I waited and waited for far too long to have it done. There were so many customers coming and going and I was there way before them. I asked why everyone who came after me was being taken care of before I was, and I even had an appointment; and they knew I had been waiting for a long time. Finally, Jason told me it was done and he waived the oil change fee due to causing me to wait so very long. I said that I still want to pay my share but was told no. This past November 17, 2025, I had my Fuel Pump replaced and then Jason told me my Cadillac was too old for them to ever work on it again. I could by the way they spoke to me that I was a burden to them. I was so embarrassed due to not having as much money as their other customers. I am retired and taking care of my handicap daughter and due to money being so tight these days even though I pay a monthly fee to Car Shield, I was told that it was still not enough. I have been taking my Cadillac there for a long time now and they made it clear that I am just a burden to them. Now, when I got my car back, I noticed that three CD’s were stolen. Why would Cadillac company workers steal from a customer? Shameful. Even from a customer who is 71 years old. I felt so violated especially since I trusted this business. This experience has been so painful which caused me to be undervalued and made to feel worthless. I sent a communication letter to the owners, Darryl and Linda Wischnewsky on December 26, 2025 and no one seemed to care about the Soddy service I received, let alone of the theft I experienced. I have been saving up for another Cadillac and would be ready to purchase another used one in about three more years, but now I will rethink that option due to being so violated.
