I ordered Ceylon tea. It has no taste and it has very little caffeine. Very disappointed.

Transit damage, no refund
I used to order pistachios regularly in this website, however during my last purchase, one of the pack of 1.3 KG of pistachios came opened.
When I asked their customer service, they told me that pistachios are quite dry and are consumable even if it came opened because of transit. They did not offer any refund for this issue.

Evri took 4 days to deliver perishable food
