They are a scam. I ordered a wedding dress for my nikkah and they never sent it. I spent $397 on this dress. I emailed the owner to ask for updates and got back generic responses. Then when it got to close to my wedding date, I asked to cancel my order. Crickets. I emailed a week later and she refuses to email me back. They stole my money. I have lower income job so this has been devastating. They will have to answer to God on this. I had to get a charge back but that could take up to 90 days. Do not ever order from this company.

These people are so unprofessional. Trash experience.

They send me both expired coffee and when asked for replacement they said I had to return the item back and pay for the shipping fee and once received they will send me. I paid the shipping fee before why would I pay 6.48 again to return the item.

The worse place to buy , My son Order a "Gorgeous " kaftan very expensive for his wedding and is disgusting that the Kaftan dress for the bride arrives and all the details on the dress is glued 😡. Everyone can see all the hot glue around the details, that's so ridiculous , His wedding is on the next week and that's so embarrassing. The worst part is that the Kaftan cost almost 260 dollars and don't even cost on this condition 50 dollars.
Becareful!!! I don't recommend this place to buy anything do not spend your money buying from Bazar Al Haya.

The worst quality clothes I have ever bought. The buttons literally fell off from every jilbab I bought (I bought three, all three of them had buttons fall off) I hate this brand and I hate the quality of clothes I was sent

The sizes are wrong, the recipt is ABSOLUTLY wrong, the material composition is not clear on the website (turns out its the cheapest polyesther), the smallest size is way too big.
The return policy is not clear: you have to demand to be approved before receiving a shipping address but then if the return is not approved they send the product back to you and you pay twice the shipping cost (on for the first return, and then for them to return it to you).
When you try to put review on the website, it doesn't work.

This lady is a huge scammer! i ordered a 4 piece Nikkah dress and an extra head piece. i spent roughly $309.00 they never sent the head piece but refunded me the $40 i spent on it. HOWEVER the dress came with just the belt. no head piece and no shoulder piece. the dress quality was ok but not what it looked like in the photos. i contacted the company via email several times that the dress is missing the other 2 pieces and they kept saying they issued the refund. they only issued a refund for the extra head piece i ordered not the 2 main pieces if the dress. i expressed in my emails how important the pieces were to my upcoming nikkah but they stopped replying! i would never suggest anyone order anything from them! customer service is horrible to non existent. the quality is not worth taking the chance and being scammed! they will challenge your bank/credit card company. dont order! dont take the chance!

This company are scammers. I ordered an £178 embellished kaftan and got a coat instead worth £36. They wanted me to pay for the return of the item which was incorrectly sent by them in order to get a refund. Baring in mind I’d asked to just refund the difference if that’s the case. They stop replying to emails and are just useless. I raised a claim with my credit card company and they challenged the dispute. I got a refund as my evidence clearly showed I was scammed. Claim with your bank if they do this it is FRAUD

I placed an order spent close to $200. They refunded me $35 for an item they no longer had in stock and refused to send my items. I suggest you guys call the BBB if this happens to you and also lock your credit card just to be safe. Im still trying to get in touch with this company but i will never order from them again.

Please avoid buying from this business! Don't let their social media fool you. Terrible practices and nonexistent cusomer service. I have no idea how they're still in business. I placed an order and paid $15 for 3 day shipping because I needed the items quickly for an event. I emailed multiple times to inquire about my order with NO response. I finally received my order 6 WEEKS LATER with no apology or any sort of communication from the business. I no longer need the items because the event already passed. Also the items' lengths are shorter than in the photos (even though I am shorter than the model).
I want to at least be refunded the money I paid for expedited shipping!

If I could give this company a ZERO I would. At first I had no issue with this company until my last two purchases where they scammed me out of my money. They never sent my items nor did they return my money back. I emailed them countless times but they ignored me, only until I would threaten to report with fraud they would then respond IMMEDIATELY but still at no avail (they would not do the return or help in any way). Multiple emails countless times, I would comment under their posts on tiktok however they deleted my comments about warning others and blocked me. I told them to fear Allah through another account and they blocked me again. A disgusting filthy business, may Allaah humiliate them, they steal peoples money.

I ordered 3-1/2 outfits from Bazar Al Haya and received 2 in the wrong colors. I emailed them to explain and was asked to send photos, which i did promptly. Then, i was informed i could return the garments at my own expense. I'm guessing that some of the pics at the website feature clothing in colors they either do not have, or they've run out of, in which case they send you whatever color they have available. For example, i ordered a white "diamond" khimar and was sent one in off white. The other problem is that you can only contact the company by email. I will be writing to them by snail mail if this is not resolved soon and next i will contact the BBB. I will not be buying anymore from them. Sad thing is that some of the garments are very beautiful. They need to change their return policy.

The website description of the dress is false. It stays that the dress is made of natural materials, but it is made of polyester. To get a refund, they tell you to retur the dress and pay the return cost yourself, but when you write back and tell them that you don't want to pay for something that is their fault, they don't even answer you. Really bad quality and customer service!

Alhamdulillah, my order came in 6 days early and I was very happy with the quality. Beautiful stuff and excellent customer service.
