It still has not arrived

I feel exactly the same as another customer!; As many other people have written DO NOT buy from this company. I definitely did not see anything about signing up for a membership/subscription scheme but suddenly £9.95 per month was charged to my credit card, against my wishes. I have emailed them to ask for a refund but am not hopeful that I will receive one. They are clearly tricking many customers into falling into their trap and making a lot of money out of it. I don't often write reviews but I am so angry about this that I just had to add my name to the long list of furious customers.

Was making one purchase but without my knowledge signed up for a membership. And paid for 3 months before noticing the transactions on my bank account. There is no additional emails or explicit communication about membership activation, only standard order confirmation.

My parcel still hasnt turned up a week later also no answer who its coming with no tracking awful site

They don't reply and didn't allow me to cancel my order with mistake in delivery address

Its been 10 days that ihv placed the order
And till now i did not get it 😔

Good price , well packed , slow delivery . The membership is extortionate so cancelled straight away . Will not use again because of membership charge which is not mentioned until order placed , a very sharp practice , loads of complaints must lose them so much business

Hidden membership in terms and conditions so they take a monthly fee unless you cancel
I would not buy from this company again and this feels like a scam

Warning! When you buy something from Bazta.com, you are automatically enrolled in their customer club, and the cost is then charged monthly to the same card. This is the biggest scam I’ve seen and extremely unprofessional. Do not buy anything from Bazta!

I’m satisfied with my experience with Bazta. My order arrived on time, and the service and pricing were good.

However, I was charged £9.95 for an automatic subscription that I did not agree to, and it was not clearly explained how to cancel it.

Because of this, I’m giving four stars instead of five.

Sneakily caught me in an subscription that I wasnt aware of and didnt want to sign up to, and im usually vigilant for that sort of stuff, and charged me 10£+ for absoloutelty nothing.

Scam company. STAY AWAY

Never buy from this website. fake delivery estimates and takes a long time to arrive.

Haven't received my simple order. Been a week. Email said it was shipped.

WARNING!! 🛑This site is scam!They tricked me with an hidden subscription and charged my account for a monthly payment until the bank notified me about this payments. Behind this website are shitty people.
Stay away from this site!!!!
