Keep sending me bills on sms

Keep sending me bills on sms. “Pay within 72 hours”. I stopped using their services 9 months ago (which in itself is a unbeliavable story - never seen a company trying to work against a customer so hard in order to keep the client) and I returned their equipment - which I have a receipt for. And every month they send me a sms with an amount they think I owe them. No explanation for what and no ordinary bill on mail - just a sum that keeps raising. Perhaps a “too smart” person in their call-center??

I have been with BB4S for over10 years…

I have been with BB4S for over10 years but the new owners don't seem to care about customer service. I have contacted them by email and on their facebook page but they have never replied to either. Every afternoon I lose my internet signal for at least 1 hour and the router has to be regularly re-booted at anytime of the day. This has been reported but nothing happens. This is my latest attempt to have BB4S informed and to obtain a reply

Better avoided.

The company which acquired BB4S during the past year appears to have no interest in the customers it inherited. Recently, and without any notice or warning, part of the contracted service was removed. I would not recommend them as internet providers.

I have been with BB4S for over 7 years…

I have been with BB4S for over 7 years never been 100% pleased with service however last 4 months has been an absolute joke. We were never informed that company had been taken over. We usually pay by euro card, no payments taken, service then cut off, paid bill, service resumed, went to pay bill next month more problems. 2 days ago service stopped unable to work without internet, telephone calls, visits to office firstly said bills had not been paid supplied bank statements showing to the contrary still waiting for internet to be put back on absolute disgrace of a company

We have been a customer of BB4S for…

We have been a customer of BB4S for more than 10 years. But when it was taken over a few months ago and the service completely disappeared, we left. Despite our cancellation, money was still debited from our account. When I complained about it they said it was a mistake and they will refund it. Now, months, several visits and a lot of emails later, the money is still not back. In short, do not use BB4S, they promise everything but they do not deliver.

Arrived in Spain on Friday & reported…

Arrived in Spain on Friday & reported the issue on Friday & Saturday & awaited a call as advised. Rang again on Monday & was initially told I would get a call within two hours from the engineer, no call. Rang back twice to be told I would get a call when they had an engineer! Still no call. The worst service imaginable, I will now to changing to another provider. Dreadful service & attitude all round

I have had internet and tv with bb4s for 2 years 3 months and I don’t live in Spain and during the pandemic we weren’t allowed to visit obviously but on our return our remote control wouldn’t work so we went to the office of bb4s about the remote and they wanted to change us €25 for a new remote that you can buy on eBay for under €9 so I told them that we were going to cancel and there response was leave can’t believe how much they care for there customers we wouldn’t recommend them good luck if you have any problem with your internet Wayne

BB4S - if you want bad service look no further

The women dealing with billing are helpful and courteous; were it not for them zero stars would have been more appropriate. Technical support is another matter - earlier this year our radio broadband service collapsed again going from poor (frequent outages and low bandwidth being the daily standard) to dire. At its worst we either had no connection at all or so little that even sending emails without attachments was a struggle! Even the internet radio buffered constantly and with no other live connections.

When this first occurred we were told that if we replaced their antenna and router all would be solved. We did so and had a few weeks of improved service but were quickly back to square one. Subsequent complaints were met with the same word-processed patronising treatise on how to use a radio broadband connection and the mantra that everything was fine at their end, so it had to be something inside the house that was the cause. Each time we faced the no, or intermittent, service problem we would set everything to airplane mode apart from what we were trying to use, but it made no difference. We were "invited" to change their equipment again, again also at our expense. That was the final straw. It was only when we gave notice to quit that there was any considered technical response but by then any goodwill that we felt towards BB4S had been destroyed by the company's poor performance and the attitude and behaviour of some employees.

We are now with Axarfusion. The cost is comparable and their broadband works, enough said?

I have been a happy customer for several years. I live in Cutar and get a great signal. My unlimited package is great value and has been reliable all through the pandemic. Good job gentlemen!

An excellent service from bb4s

I contacted bb4s one day and my internet/TV package was installed the next day.
The level of customer service was high throughout and everything was clearly explained at each stage.
The whole package works perfectly as described; the internet speed is really good and the TV reception is perfect, including sports coverage.
I highly recommend this company and thank them for looking after me so well.

Terrible service

Service has become atrocious in the last two months. Constant down-time, speeds down to a quarter (or even less) of what they should be. Netflix and even simple SD TV are impossible to watch (the TV is even provided by BB4S).

We understand that BB4S has been taken over by a new owner, Ahimas Groupo (Ahi+). Carlos Soria is the new person in charge and I have told him about the problems, and there was no response. The engineers at BB4S seem to have lost control of their own system and can offer no solutions.

I am just in the process of cancelling my contract and am looking for a new provider. Any provider would be better than BB4S currently. Please BB4S, fix these problems once and for all!

Awful support experience with BB4S

Awful support experience with BB4S. The support person was rude and had the most terrible manner (BB4S management take note). Service has got worse and worse and support always blame the customer. We are in the process of moving provider as this experience was the worst yet.

We have now been with BB4S for nearly a…

We have now been with BB4S for nearly a year now. They offered 10MBs download and 1MBs upload. We usually get over 9 down and nearly 2 up using Ookla to measure. I can't say if this is correct, but we have been very happy with their service. It is down very infrequently and when asked have plausible explanations for the problem ( once thunderstorms and another time Endesa Electric Company)
We live near Alcaucín so a landline is not a good option.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really bad service and company ethics

I have been a customer of bb4s in 5+ years and I have never seen such a bad service provider. So you are probably wandering why I have been a customer for so long. Well as all fairy tales it started out quite well, and they have almost a monopoly where we have our summerhouse.

Until a couple of years ago everything was ok, expensive, but ok.

Then they upgraded their system to give more bandwidth and more stability which is all fine, but they forgot to test and maintain their customers why already was on thiers net. So for a long time we had a very bad connection and I thought it might be my own equipment (as all Servicedesks they claimed that it was my own equipment, they only looks at that moment on the system, not for log files over a period of time). I upgraded my home equipment to enterprise level equipment to make sure it was not my own system that was the bottleneck ( I have a VPN connection on it for business use).

Must of the time our connection is either down or very slow. What is not slow is the withdraw from our Bank account but without sending out invoices.

I have now make a formal complain and again bb4s looks at split second and come back with "There is nothing from with your connection, it your own eq that is not working" So when I then escalate this within bb4s another person comes back to me and reports that my antenna is to old and needs to be replaced. And now the fun starts. As it not my own antenna I reply that why haven´t they not done this already (they do NOT have log files over connection and speedtest on their own system). They answer was they was not aware there was a problem? I mean it your system, if not you who else? me as a consumer??

To short down a very long story.... BB4S will not do anything (expect still have me to pay) until I pay 130€ for a new installation that is not mine in the first place.

My POV is that I have paid for a service that was NOT provided to me and as I don´t own anything of the installation, nor want to own anything (they will just afterwards claim it my own antenne or something not working).

I have never seen a service provider with no pro activity with in their own service. I have the feeling of being a Milk Cow.
(Oh yes, they don´t want to invest in my antenna as they have made a big investment in their backbone and therefor do not have the money to
provide antenna services for their costumers)

All in all BB4S can not be recommended.
