I always love buying from here. They have a great range of merch and albums and as an Army, I'm always very pleased with their range of BTS items. I also have to thank them for their great selection of NewJeans stuff. I recently managed to get some versions of their albums that I've been wanting for a really long time.
Orders are ususally dispatched quickly and the items are always packaged well. They always include a handwritten note with each order, which I think is really lovely. As well as this, they always include cute extras, which is very kind and much appreciated.

Fast delivery and very easy to order from! I was able to buy the chill kill album sisters version, that was sold out almost everywhere!! Not only was what I bought packaged well, they also put some stickers and a cute note thanking me for buying from them :D Highly recommend!!

This store has everything you could ever want and or need to fill your Kpop obsession. The staff are amazing and so helpful and kind from answering questions to packing your orders with care. I will be forever ordering from here as they have truly made a welcoming space for us fans. I really hope I can visit in person one day. Thank you for all your hard work gang!

I now don't order from anywhere else, amazing little shop! The range they stock is by far the best I've found in the UK, especially for smaller / less popular groups. Always ship quickly and the packaging is super cute.

Since discovering Bbangya! I have not ordered from anyone else, and have no plans to. Their service from start to finish couldn't be better. The website is easy to use, customer service is excellent - quick, friendly and helpful. Every parcel has arrived in perfect conditions with all items beautifully wrapped (it feels like Christmas when a Bbangya! parcel arrives!), and the little extra goodies always add a smile to my face.

I honestly couldn't recommend Bbangya! strongly enough, I am 100% happy with every transaction I've made so far.
