Excellent service
We used BB Castle hire for our event on 6 July, hiring the penalty shoot out and Gladiator duel inflatables…products were great, communication was excellent both at booking and in the lead up to the event. Lee was able to accommodate our specific timing requirements and everything was very efficient on the day. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again!

Could not recommend This company enough
We hired the 10ft Mega slide and large celebration castle, the delivery was prompt, set-up and payment was straight forward, drivers were patient with finding the space to set up and got on with the job without any fuss.
Lee provided excellent customer service when booking, great communication and up front information about any extra costs relating to late collection.

Frozen bouncy castle
Booked a frozen castle for my child’s 3rd birthday party, BBCase hire were very accommodating they were able to drop off and collect around my choosen times. They sent a confirmation email 5 days before the event with all the information on which was useful
Drop off and collection was very smooth & quick. Very happy with the service I received, professional, reliable & friendly.
The castle was lovely too, nice & clean just like it was advertised on the website, they were also a lot cheaper than other companies I looked at. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending. Thank you

Booked for a PFA Fun Day at School
Booked for a PFA Fun Day at school, recommended by another member of the PFA and reassured by the fact that the inflatables are safety checked and insured. Best price I could find for giant slide and bouncy castle package and the slide was perfect for this sort of event because children can go up and down quickly so the queue moves quickly. Read that the inflatable could arrive anytime between 7am and 12pm which didn't work because of the school lunch break so phoned to ask whether it was possible to arrange a later drop off, they agreed to arrive at 1.30pm. Also, needed collection between 5pm and 6pm and called to check this would be possible. Thankfully, since it was a Friday (and maybe because we needed less time rather than more), it was. Normally, the first one they drop off is the first one they collect. Recommend calling if you need drop off and pick up within a timeframe, they are as accommodating as they can be within their schedule. Clean, enjoyable, high quality inflatables, set up and put down professionally, great customer service (I also called to pay by BACS and again to check the length of the cables, they were very patient!).

We hired a Disco dome
We hired a Disco dome, which was amazing kids loved it however the service was disgusting and because of this I will never use this firm again which is a shame. Booked the castle from 7am it arrived late at 1130 I paid extra for an 8pm pick up I addressed this with the guy when he arrived and as a good will gesture he said we could keep it over night and he would collect it following day at 5pm. The next day he turns up at 1230 to collect the castle I couldn’t believe it and the way he spoke to my mum was disgusting when she reminded him he agreed 5pm he totally denied and was just really rude about it. We offered to pay extra just to make the kids happy as we had invited their friends around again but he refused which was incredibly disappointing i will not be using their service again.

However, we must clarify a few points regarding your booking. All our deliveries are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, as stated in the booking terms that all customers read and sign. Your Disco Dome was delivered within this timeframe at 11:30 AM.
Regarding the pick-up time, we do not offer a 5:00 PM FREE overnight collection due to our commitments with other collections. The arrangement made with the male at the property was for collection sometime in the afternoon, which was communicated via text message to the contact number provided. Our driver made every effort to accommodate a later collection time, but logistically, it was not possible.
We strive to provide the best service and apologise for any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused.
