Great experience, good comunication, in time delivery

I ordered an oyster bracelet for my Seiko and was pleasantly surprised by the received product and packaging. It was packed nicely and even included necessary tools to make the change. I wish there would be instructions included as well but videos on YouTube were there to help me.

As a watch-collecter and enthusiast for the last 35 years, my collection and the pieces therein have changed as much as I have.

A constant challenge I’ve set myself - and one of the hardest - is finding a budget, tough yet alluring watch that punches above its weight. Specifically, a summer piece that can take the abuse of the sun, sea, sand and suntan lotion (!).

Having bought and given away a Steinhart OVM and, more recently, a Tissot PRX, I decided to explore everything available under EUR750 or so.

Most are derivative, too large, too greedy, too expensive, badly executed and/or lazy.

The Katana Juli takes much that is familiar to me and makes it fresh and entirely bespoke to BBMod. From the mechanicals, through the dial, to the lovely case and seductive PG PVD finish, it’s an absolute success for a price that I still have trouble believing.

It’s always healthy to explore watches in all segments and at all price points - examining with fresh eyes, and challenging your taste and preconceptions. You never know what’ll discover, and fall in love with.

For me, and as part of a large vintage Seiko collection, the Katana Juli is an absolute keeper, and I can’t thank Billy enough for sharing his skill and his soul with me, and us all.

I just received my watch from BBmod and have nothing but positive things to say. The watch is even more beautiful and stunning than it looked in the pictures. Shipping was extremely fast, and communication throughout the process was excellent.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the presentation and packaging - it came in a custom BBmod box and even included the tools to size the bracelet.

Ordering and shipping was simple. The e-commerce payment system had a glitch however was sorted. The watch is beautiful, high quality and for me one of kind. I would recommend the date and time be set before shipping to France local time.

I have purchased multiple unique custom pieces from Billy. The watches are well made with quality components. I get compliments on all of my BBmod pieces!

BB Mod France are very professional in every shape or form. I did a very complicated mod that took over 6 months to finish due to parts that had to be manufactured (not from BB mod) around the world. Billy gave me good advice and had a lot of patience which is to be desired in his profession since I knew absolutely nothing about the watch mod culture. I recommend him to all my friends who are interested in buying a mod.
