I had a minor issue recently, but resolved with the sales team CALLING ME without asking, and upgraded me with better more expensive gun for no extra charge and express postage

purchased an action army AAP01 of them .
chose this gun partly for its excellent gas efficiency .
gun they sent clearly had a gas leak .
everywhere on the internet says you should only need to refil with gas every 2 -3 full magazines .
mine runs out of gas after half - 1 full magazine .
fully lubricated with correct product , still same fault .
if you fill the mag up and leave it , you can smell gas from the mag .
returned the item and they sent back the same gun with a note claiming it was fixed .
same problem with the gun/magazine .
i have a year old asg ruger mk1 that has far greater gas efficiency than the aap 01 from bbguns4less.
not the first time i bought something from them that was faulty . not the first time they failed to provide me with a working gun .
ive personally spent 30 plus years working in retail (owned my own shop for 12 years) , i know how this works and what service like this is all about .
they are definatly cheap .
really cheap .
if cheap is what you want , then cheap is what you get with bbguns4less .
try patrol base or wgc in taiwan if you dont want feel like your having the p!ss taken out of you.
they got my cash and i got their sh!te .
serves me right .
im experienced enough to know better .

Item finally arrived but they sent the wrong one, its laughable.
25% of the reviews are a 1 star.
Thats all you need to know about this company.
Just whish I had read them before ordering.
No one answers the phones.
Messages aren't responded to.
Updates aren't given.
No idea how to operate an online buisness.

This is my third order and each one has been a nightmare. Nobody answers phones or emails. Managed to get through at the 4th attempt to be told only 1 person working in the office and no manager to speak to.
Never again. Avoid at all costs

Was wary about ordering from an “unknown” company and looked at a few others before deciding on BBGuns4less, even though they have had mixed reviews.
To my surprise and delight I got a email confirming my order the same day, and the following day another email saying the gun had shipped, with a tracking number.
After three days I tried checking the tracking number, but it didn’t not work and so I sent an email asking when I could expect delivery.
The same day the postman delivered my package, so I’m pleased about that.
Only complaint is that the tracking system did not work, so maybe BBGuns could have a look at that.
I have since received follow-up emails from BBGuns4less offering advice on how to use my gun and also offering accessories and ammunition for it, so I am satisfied that this is a reputable company to deal with.

My initial order had some issues due to stock not being available - the customer support was great and they were quick to address the issue and provide me with some complimentary extras for the stock mix up. Would 100% recommend

Terrible customer services with no communication after repeated calls and emails. Still not received my order 3 weeks on, and tracking number refers me to somewhere in Brazil.

Never received confirmation of order apart from on site rang for update told sorted still nothing tried to ring again multiple times and emails nothing cancelled order and had to contact bank

Ordered a Gel gun for my son 👦 n a Friday, paid for express delivery (1-2 working days). As I wrote this it’s Wednesday and only just now shows shipped but it’s not dispatched, so probably be Thursday. Why pay for express delivery?? They don’t respond to emails and forgot trying to call them, I’ve tried to call twice and been ignored n hold for 20 plus minutes each time before I hang up. I only used this business as my son wanted a specific gun but I will 100% avoid BBguns4less in the future!!

I like the price quality & quick dispatch - very hdlpful

Ordered a mystery box for £29.99. Items were in excess of this (according to their website prices). I recieved 2 cheap spring guns, cheap safety glasses (wouldn't trust them) and a pot of bb's. The guns are un-usable for anyone who plays regular airsoft games and are basically cheap kids toys. I would have preferred 1 better quality gun rather than 2 cheap ones.

Maybe the more expensive boxes contain better items but I wouldn't recommend based on what I received. Delivery was fast.
