Up Themselves at B&B London Showroom

Glad to see I’m not the first poor revue.
Customer service, manager downwards, suffered from inaction, misinformation, lack of product knowledge and rudeness🙁🙁.

Cancelled and re-ordered with ‘proper service’ from B&B Italia’s ‘Yorkshire’ dealership. Need I say more😀😀

The worst experience ever...

The worst experience ever....
and the worst customer service I have ever imagined.
We booked a stay in Rome, but didn't receive a confirmation email, so we emailed the company. Two days later we got an answer that they would send it, but they didn't. After several days without any answers or a phone number to call the night before our reservation we had to book another stay at a different distributer. We contacted PayPal who gave us another email address to the manager and asked if we could find a solution, but just got really rude answers and no refund for anything.
