More affordable than most options in Australia. I suffered a bad rash from putting on the penis extender. So I'm worried about the materials in it.

They use Ontrac for package handling I probably won't be ordering again considering the real possibility of package theft

Horrendous shipping. Still have not received my product two weeks later as the carrier they use hasn’t even tried to deliver the package. It just says arrives today and attempt failed every day, and when I contact the carrier they say it’s out for delivery. Ridiculous considering shipping said 1-4 days and now it’s likely it will be returned to sender and I will lose my money without ever receiving the products.

Every toy has a different specific cord to charge it. Every. Single. Toy. I’m not kidding. The size of and distance between the external magnetic charging “ports” are ALL different. So if you get 3 toys, you’ll have to keep track of 3 cords. If you get 7 toys, you’ll have to keep track of 7 cords and try them all out to see which one charges which. And I’ve charged them for hours (with a light indicating that) just for them not to be charged at all. It’s honestly insane.

Yes! Everything was set up nicely and organized! I got my package extremely quick, and it was amazing quality!

I had to pay an importation fee for my purchase, there were no advertising that the purchase was from the USA, else I wood have buy from Canada.

My package has still not been delivered and as usual customer service is so useless and says “they can’t do anything” and it’s been sitting at customs for 10 days for a “random check”. Very disappointing after spending $130 to not even receive my package

Love the packaging, it is as discreet as it could be. Got 2 vibrators, and the vibration is stronger at the end where it is to be held than where it is meant to be.

Pfff, I find it HILARIOUS that I've got 3 emails asking me to review while I still haven't even got my products... They haven't even been shipped to Mexico! Wow.

I placed my order December 22, mind you. I understand that on holidays you get a lot of demand, so I wasn't disappointed or upset I didn't got news the first week and half of the second. Then 3 weeks passed... I started to get worried. I spent almost 130 dollars! How couldn't I be worried.

I emailed BB Outlet, asking what was wrong. They then told me one of my products isn't available "We've just received word that the BB WildRabbit Vibe has been discontinued from the site." <--- copy and pasted from their email. Ok. Well, there's nothing I could've done to prevent that, so I just accept it. Tho a bit weird and silly I had to email them for them to tell me that, but ok. They offer me a gift card for the price of my item instead and I accepted. And then got told to wait and they'll do everything to ship my order asap.

I got an Email January 9 that my order was getting shipped finally, so I hoped it was going to be here at least in a week or two... Thing that... Well... Didn't happen.

The tracker still says it's in Bell - CA USA. It has since the 13th. And throughout January, it keeps saying "arrives on [x] day (next week)" only to update the delivery date again, further delaying my package. I don't know if that makes sense.

A week ago it said it would arrive on February 2nd, today, February 2nd, it says it will arrive on February 6th (I now checked it and it says Feb 10th! What a joke). Hmm... Of course... Sure sure... How long will I keep waiting?

I understand shipping to another country (Mexico) can take time, and I'm not upset at that! But come on... I've waisted 130≈ dollars and I've waited a lot already :(

And if I'm really not getting my products... Can I least get a refund? Because what the hell!!! :( I'm so disappointed

Unfortunately after waiting an over a month for the package to arrive, the item won’t charge or turn on.

I ordered 5 items from BB outlet and 4 out of 5 of the toys were in top notch condition. One of the toys ending up having a electrical issue that ended being solved within a couple days. I had a very pleasant and quick interaction with customer service/specialists. I only had to write/reply to 3 emails before being sent a new toy to replace the broken one. Thank you BB outlet for making cute bb toys with more accessible prices as well.

Even when I had issues with the package being delivered the customer care agent I spoke with was so quick and helpful I couldn’t recommend a better place to shop!
