Brought a Kamado Joe classic 3 from the BBQ Barn, the staff were outstanding very knowledgeable didn't rush me, answered all my concerns and questions with friendly and professional approach. Since my purchase I have returned to the BBQ Barn to make more purchases and on every occasion the staff have been brilliant.

Good value and excellent customer service
This company gives excellent customer service and goes the extra mile to put things right.
I know things don’t always go right first time but when you have an issue when purchasing online sometimes it can take forever to put it right, but not with this company as they responded immediately ( even emailing me outside of their normal business hours) to put things right for me.
They were always easy to contact by email or direct to someone by phone. They listened to me and made the experience of doing business with them a good one.
I would definitely recommend them following my experience and will use them again for anything BBQ.

Item cracked on arrival, no replacement available so to be refunded. Can't fault customer service, but some more protective packaging would have prevented the issue.
