Exceptional service from start to finish. Arrived to do the original quote when he said he would, explained clearly all the available options in regard to the job and finances. Ben and his team worked tirelessly to get the job completed and nothing was too much trouble, including extras when asked for (like two extra radiators!). Very clean, tidy workers and all rubbish cleared at the end of the job. So pleased with them, have asked them to come back to do our taps!! Can't recommend them highly enough!!

I would highly recommend Ben and his team. He came out for a leak we had coming from our tank, which left a water mark on the ceiling below. Ben came on the date and time promised with the problem being diagnosed and fixed writhin the hour. We have had no further issues since. Reliable, reasonably priced and genuinely nice lads. I will definitely be contacting Ben in the future for any plumbing or heating issues and will also be recommending to family and friends.

In fact, we already have recommended BBrill to a couple of our friends. They installed our new Worcester/Bosch boiler six years ago now. The installation went smoothly throughout - from deciding on the best boiler system to replace our existing, almost 25-year-old boiler, through fitting the replacement boiler, plumbing-in new pipework where necessary, replacing the ancillary components (pump, 3-port valve, timer-controller, thermostats), flush-cleaning all our radiators and fitting them with new thermostatic valves, adding a new magnetic filter to the circulating water system to help keep the pipes and radiators clean, to final checks on the efficiency and safety of the complete system. And the price seemed to me both fair and reasonable. We were very pleased with their work.
Since then they have done several other jobs for me: the annual boiler service, of course, but also the fitting of new ceramic-disc lever taps (supplied by me) to replace all our existing washer-type taps, and the replacement of our old-style ballcock and lever WC cisterns with modern, dual-flush, rising-float mechanisms with internal overflow. Again all the work done professionally and without fuss to our complete satisfaction.
And finally, to last week's job that has prompted this review. The heating-hot water timing has been playing-up in a somewhat inconsistent way. I suspected the 3-port valve (which had also caused us problems a number of times with the old boiler). I was a bit concerned that the necessary draining-down of the system at (by sod's law) the coldest time of the year so far, was going to a bit of an ideal. But the work was again done both professionally and speedily, so that we didn't suffer the cold at all!! We now have a system that is, so far, behaving properly. And even if it does begin to behave oddly again in the near future, I am confident that we can rely on the team to sort us out.

Absolutely brilliant service from Ben and the lads. Had a new combi boiler fitted and all the radiators replaced the old tank in the loft and cylinder in the airing cupboard was all striped out in a day and was only without hot water and heating for 1 night. Great job and can’t recommend enough!
