Despite many emails sent to them, attempted (failed) phone calls, chat on their website, facebook and instagram messages, I receive no response from them at all, when I want to return a pair of shoes. The link on their website for the retourformulier does not work, and I don’t want to be hitting my head against the wall for nothing trying to get my money back.

Basketball Totaal: Pick up the phone, reply to my emails, do something to show that you are not a scam webshop like the rest of the reviews claim. So far, so bad. So far, 0 stars.

terrible. avoid at all cost. never buy from them. they do not deliver. 2 and a half months passed, my son did not receive the basketball outfit. they do not answer phone. your money is as good as gone.

Returned an item, never received a refund. Multiple phone calls and emails to no avail. Best avoided.
