If covid was a streetwear shop...

Bought a hoodie from them for over £50.00. Told me it would be delivered in 2-3 days. 10-12 days later it arrived.
Emailed them a couple times in that time with no response.
When the hoodie arrived, it was the wrong size, poor material and the main print was blurry.
Contacted them another 3 times to arrange a return and a refund, zero response via email or Instagram.
Customer service shocking, product even more shocking. Avoid like the plague.

Bought trousers for my son

Bought trousers for my son - they arrived but were too small. Returning them was an issue and I still haven’t heard from them. I bought a replacement and they never arrived. They don’t reply to messages and have blocked me on Facebook. I am trying to get money back via my bank and have told Facebook - please don’t buy from these people

I ordered a jumper for £52 in December

I ordered a jumper for £52 in December, it never arrived and months later I’m still trying to get hold of my money back or the product. The staff (I’ve been in touch with Dom) have been less than helpful with late replies and not very helpful information when they do reply. It’s gotten to the point where instead of offering a solution, I’m not just not getting replies at all. This company has effectively robbed me and refused to be of any real help. I would highly advise that you avoid this place at all costs, I bought something with the intention of it being a Christmas present, and here I am in the middle of February still chasing them up on it, it’s ridiculous and I don’t believe I’ll ever get my money back.
There’s a reason these people don’t have many forms of contact; they don’t mind avoiding the issue at all costs.

Very very poor customer service

We ordered a pair of pastel Nike airforce one for our daughter on 2nd Nov 2020 in time for Xmas! We keep getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse( low stock of white airforce1, printer not working, Printer off sick)The time it takes for any response by email is between 5 to 10 days. The promise at the checkout was delivery between 10-14 days, we are now at 6 weeks and now being told ‘it’s is now leaving our European depot and should be with you in 5 days’! That was on the 9th Dec! I can only imagine why they don’t have a phone number on their ‘contact us’ page!! It would be inundated with irate customers like myself!!

Don't trust this company

I ordered a sweater and a hoodie, neither were the size I ordered. (Walk on Air and Dinosaur)
I requested a refund and was told by 'Dom' that they adjust sizes to fit - utter rubbish.
Huge difference in the measurements across, shoulder, sleeve, length and chest between the size guide on their website and the garments I was sent.
No garment labels - beware - these could be a fire hazard as there is no information regarding fabrics composition.
Despite quoting a 'UK tracked delivery service, both garments were sent from Hong Kong.
I have reported the company to trading standards and I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering,

Disappointed

Disappointed. The "Megatech" hoodie XL is very small, for me is M not XL. And the shapes of the t-shirts is normal nothing special.

Do not buy from here!

Sooo,i brought a couple of t-shirts before the pandemic ,its been almost three months and they still have not arrived here. They take a long time to reply to emails,very unprofessional. I asked them for a refund a couple of days ago and no answer yet.
The clothes looked great so it is a shame.

Mario, we are disappointed but not too surprised to see your review, you gave us the incorrect address for your order, and when we process orders we cannot check every order, that is the responsibility of the customer. Your lack of understanding on email has been unbelievable and very rude, had you provided the correct address your order would have arrived in less than 10 Working Days to Spain. But because you left the wrong address we had to wait for the packages to be returned to then send them again, hence the delay. I have checked on these packages and one has delivered and I am waiting to hear more information on the other, which I will relay to you when I receive it. Please Note: it has not been anywhere near 3 months it has been 2 months, because you made a mistake with your delivery address, which you unsurprisingly did not mention in your review.

I have checked out your order and it took 12 working days for one of the t shirts and 13 working days for the other to deliver in the UK from the date of your order. Shipping systems don't operate over the weekends which is why we use "working days", and this delivery speed is what we expect for UK orders, we have now adjusted our forecasted delivery times to the UK to 7-15 Working Days. The shipment tracking number was changed and said it was canceled (it wasn’t but still was stressful at the time). The shipment itself took extremely long however this is understandable given current world events.

All round it was a pretty good experience and I will probably be shopping there again.

As you mentioned, we would hope it could be a bit quicker but the current situation has caused some issues with postal networks. on the 8th of January I ordered one of your products, “the Elements” hoodie in black, and it has still not arrived. I made sure to put in all my details and have since emailed the company and still no response. If the company is reading this I would either like the product sent to me by the 17th of March 2020 or I expect a full refund by that same date. I have been in contact with Trading Standards and this is the last and only warning I have to give before they become involved
