Bought a macerator from them
Bought a macerator from them, after delivery problems, it arrived. It has a euro plug on it and the instructions say it must be earthed. As a euro plug does not have an earth a uk 3 PIN PLUG MUST BE FITTED. This was done and lo and behold, it keeps tripping the rcd, showing an earthing problem. Contacted BC- elec and guess what. They say as it has been modified it is not covered. What rubbish, they also expect me to pay to have it returned for them to check. You plug it in, and it should work. It trips the rcd each time so it is faulty. But they dont care. Useless customer service.
