I've been unable to recovery my account for four months now. I was blocked without explanation! Support gave different reasons each time: rules violation, prize claim violations, self-referral, multiple accounts. But I only have one account, and I'm asking for it back! SCAM CASINO – Avoid BC.APP at All Costs

On 15/02/2026, I was playing Blackjack (Evolution table) on BC.APP. I deposited $100. When my balance was around $70, I went all-in on a hand. The bet was suddenly canceled, but my money was never refunded.

The $70 simply disappeared.

I have full video proof because I am a small streamer and the entire incident was captured on stream. I provided all the necessary information, including the clip, transaction details, and timestamps.

Even Evolution support confirmed that resolving issues like this usually takes 15 minutes up to 24 hours.

It has now been almost a week.

Every single day I have to embarrass myself by going into their live chat support asking about MY money that they are holding. No resolution. No refund. Just delays.

This is unacceptable behavior from a casino that claims to be legitimate.

Avoid this platform. There are many other casinos choose anything, but not BC.APP.

The issue:
They censor chat, meaning bad words will be censored, all good that far, but this script that censors words is written so awful that it will censor entire sentences wrote, not just the word, besides all that, it censors words that are related to censored words, for example ASS it will censor Pass or Passed too, any word that is similar to the censored word will be censored, conclusion "this word would be censored too because of the CON in it, but conclusion, 1/3 of all common words are effected by this faulty censorship.

Now BC staff cant understand what clients are exposed to, it makes communication on chat nearly impossible, in order to even be able to write, we are forced to bypass rules to work our way around common censored words effected by this very immature script.

Now we have been telling them to fix the censor or lift it so people can communicate like humans, for this criticism we get banned while hundreds of passive beggars and people spamming have no punishment.

Well BC i can take the loads i dump on this site and go play on other sites, its not like we dont have options, there are plenty that make better offers and do not treat their clients like children.

Above all that, their support reacts like talking to bots, all they can do is copy paste and have no privileges to react to staff working upon their own mood like these mods that administer punishment for criticism. Eddy(Stake) loves criticism, he says "its good to hear what clients have to say in order to improve"! BC on the other hand will ban you, you cant compare other sites to this, it treats people like trash, works upon their mood, has a very high ego, if we look at their ratings all over its a red flag.

My advice, if you dont want to end up playing on a site that acts like some boot camp telling adults how to behave, stay off it, there are loads of OC's out there that will let their clients speak as humans on chat and punish those that break rules and not implement some faulty script that has no functionality at all, before i forget to mention, other languages that do not use latin letters are not effected by this, they can freely use their language, to pitch in, everyone bypasses it with abbreviations such as.. F U or F off. and so on..

whats the use of it, zero, the person in charge that exposed clients to this has zero knowledge of what he/she was doing, clients complained enough and nothing was done because this is not about fixing a problem, its about that Devs/Managers ego that doesnt want to admit they made a mistake and nothing more, so lets continue the communist attitude on this site and i assure you no one will remain, like i said, hundreds of sites out there, we have options.

Going to be a "Winna" or set my "Stake" and "Shuffle" my chards for a change, get lost BC, you do not deserve to provide service to me any longer and i can only appeal to readers, think twice before you enter s site like BC.

Hii Guys, Don't deposit in BC.Game, my user id: 33453042, i made a deposit of 10k on 31st of January 2026, it's been almost 20 days, it is not credited in my account, i written emails to the company, until now they not even responded to my email, and the live support chat is waste it is just a AI answering machine no actual person answer, it sends the repeated same answers to your questions, i have shared my Bank statement, transaction reference video, and screenshot, after 2 weeks they made my transaction as failed and telling money not reached the merchant and closed the case, now they are not even responding for my issue, i confirmed with my bank they are telling it successfully reached the receiver merchant account, but this guys are denying without any proof. If these review finds BC.Game Please help me to get my deposit back to my account i am not making any useless review this is genuine which faced, i hope you guys helps me with this.

So guys don't deposit in BC.Game they are scamming people, they are not doing proper investigation with there third party vendors.

I placed a head-to-head bet on an Olympic Team Sprint Free event (Sweden vs Germany) shortly before the race started. Sweden won the race that was about to begin.

However, the bet was later settled as a loss because BC.Game claim the market related to the men’s event — despite no gender being specified anywhere on the market or bet slip.

The bet slip simply stated:

Olympic Games – Team Sprint Free – Sweden vs Germany

There are separate men’s and women’s Olympic events, so gender is a material condition of the bet and should be clearly labelled. Other Olympic markets on the site do specify women’s events, which makes this inconsistency even more misleading.

Customer support responded that their “backend team confirmed” it was the men’s race, but customers don’t see the backend — only the market description presented at the time of betting. That description was ambiguous, especially as the women’s race was imminent and the men’s race followed shortly after.

I’m not disputing the result of the men’s race — I’m disputing the lack of clarity and misleading market presentation. A reasonable customer could easily interpret this as the women’s event.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in BC.Game’s sports betting markets. I would strongly caution others about unclear event labelling, especially for Olympic betting.

I deposited 5000 on [31/01/2026 using UPI. The amount was deducted from my bank account, and I have a valid Transaction ID 698416917290 . It has been 20 days, but the money is not showing in my BC.Game ID. I have opened a support ticket (Ticket ID: 9759396, but it is still pending. Live chat and email support are not helping. This is very disappointing

This is one of the worst betting companies I have ever dealt with. In my opinion, the platform is manipulated and not fair to players. It feels like the games are controlled in a way that makes you lose most of the time.
After depositing money, I experienced continuous losses in a very suspicious pattern. It does not seem random or transparent. I strongly believe the system is designed to benefit the company at the expense of players.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this platform to anyone. Be very careful before depositing your money here.

I am a Level 27 Gold VIP player at BC Game. I wagered $68,000 in 30 days. My monthly bonus requirement was only $10,000 - I exceeded it by 6.8 times.

When I asked for my monthly bonus (which should be around $1,190 for Level 27 Gold), they created a FAKE accusation that I received and played a $13 bonus at 6:00 AM.

This is completely false:
- I was asleep at 6:00 AM
- No email confirmation of any $13 bonus
- They refuse to provide the IP address
- They refuse to say which game it was played in
- My betting history shows NO activity at 6:00 AM
- They closed my conversation without resolving anything

They owe me $1,190 and they are using fake excuses to avoid paying.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience on BC.Game. I made a withdrawal of ₹31,034 INR dated 29/12/2025, and the transaction status on your platform shows Success with TxID and Order ID generated. However, my bank account has been frozen due to a cyber police complaint related to this credited amount (RRN: 536312889943).
As per my bank (Suryoday Small Finance Bank), the credited amount of ₹31,034 is under dispute, and a lien/debit freeze has been marked on my account. The bank has clearly mentioned that the amount was credited and linked to the same RRN. Because of this transaction, my entire account is blocked, and I am facing serious financial problems.
I contacted your live support multiple times, but I am not getting proper assistance or a clear solution. This is a very serious issue, and I need immediate help from BC.Game to coordinate and resolve this matter with the concerned authorities.
Kindly investigate this transaction urgently and provide official clarification or support documents so I can resolve the freeze with my bank and the cyber authorities.

I deposited 4000inr on 3 feb , after providing all the necessary proofs the ticket was closed for no reason on 10 feb mentioning "Sorry, your order does not meet the compensation conditions.". How can they even close a ticket without understanding the matter. Worst experience , today is 11 feb still no resolution. They are legit thieves.

Edit: The amount has been credited after 27 days of constant harrasment and zero support, after same bot replies by their support team.Not at all a good casino, Go with stakes or some other casinos. BC games is just worst with worst support and worst merchants.
