Unjustified blocking

registered around October 2023, played only slots, bought bonuses like sugar rush, sweet bonanza and won 2 million 200 thousand rubles at that time, lost 900 thousand rubles, safely withdrew the rest, after that I decided that I needed to rest, and recently on June 2, 2025, I threw in 60,000 thousand rubles and I also bought bonuses in different slots, won $45020, withdrew $3381, after which the withdrawal was suspended, the support wrote that access would be opened soon and as a result, access to the site became unavailable, an error appeared that account verification was required in support, I sent them all the data they specified by email, after 2 days I receive a reply that the account is blocked forever, indicating that I violated the terms of service by using prohibited methods, which of course I did not do. I only bought bonuses like last year, only last year the amount of winnings was not so big apparently.

None of my acquaintances, relatives, friends, etc., according to my information, are registered in the casino. I didn't use any bugs, abuse, overflows, etc. I enjoyed it. I have not violated any of the rules of the site.

I just stareted with the given bonus…

I just stareted with the given bonus $40 from the platform and reached to $505 . When I tried to withdraw that , they demands $50 deposit for account verification error, after deposit of such amount I again tried to withdraw but they demands more $100.

I am writing this review to formally raise a dispute regarding the handling of my bet by BC.Game.

I placed a bet on Morocco to win the final (Senegal vs Morocco – Africa Cup of Nations) on January 18, 2026. Following this match, an official decision from CAF altered the final outcome, which should logically impact the settlement of all related bets.

Despite this, BC.Game refused to review or adjust the settlement, relying solely on the initial result and ignoring the final official ruling issued by the competent authority.

This position is highly questionable from both a fairness and regulatory standpoint.

👉 In similar situations, other bookmakers have refunded or reassessed bets based on official decisions.

👉 BC.Game, however, has chosen to apply a rigid interpretation of its rules, disregarding the principle that bets should reflect the final official result.

The responses from customer support were generic and failed to address the substance of the issue.

This raises serious concerns about:

This is actually a very good casino to play at. Yes, there has been a few smaller issues, but this happens with every casino.

I get my withdrawals 100% of the time and have never had an issue.

Most "negative" reviews are from people who lost their money & are taking out on the casino.

Played here for a few days, wagered like 20k$ by small bets, played only slots (pragmatic/hacksaw), lost around 1k$ (45~k in currency i played), and got few words to say…
First deposit was good, i deposited like 50$ and made 2.5x from it, after i lost it, i made another deposit, and i guess, that’s where casino meet their “customer”, every single deposit i did, until i lost ~700$ were washed without any chance, then, suddenly, every single slot started playing, doesnt matter i played them or not before…
After i cashed out around 800$ i decided to keep playing and lost 600 out of 800 i withdrew, then, suddenly i got max win in one of hacksaw slots ~900$, and, after that, every single slot i played just ate my money
Yeah, sometimes i got bonuses like 200-300-400-500x from bet, but anyway i lost that money
Especially gonna remind sugar rush superscatter, where i bought more than 200 top bonuses, and max i got is 3.5kX by lowest bet possible

In my opinion, their system built to detect experienced gamblers, and if system spots one, then your deposits gonna be washed in the toilet. First it give you some, watch on ur behaviour, then it decide how to behave itself.
If you win big in any slot game, another slots just stops playing, that means that they got some kind of overall rtp, but not slot rtp, as example i playrd alot in dog house game and all the time i was getting 100-200x bonuses, but it never gave me full line of houses, doesnt matter how many spins left, and i played this slot all the time i lost my money in any other slots, and dog house just gave me back some to keep playing without eating anything or were getting me back to deposit balance.

VIPs treated poorly

Avoid. No transparency in VIP requirements. Host and related bonuses taken away with no warning and with no indication on how to get eligibility back, just told to be “active”. Not sure how much more active you can be when depositing and playing every day. Also still waiting a response from the CEO inbox after 6 weeks! Live support then say it can take 15 working days, well 6 weeks is a lot more than 15 working days so they clearly just ignore any feedback from loyal/VIP players. Will look for VIP transfers at other providers because BCGame is now no good. UID: 3455668

Absolutely disgusting from this scam 💩 casino they let people steal other peoples info I let them know and then they feed loads of bull 💩 saying that my email hasn’t been used to hol an account really is that why I have almost 2 years of transactions on my account they got hacked and u don’t take things seriously probably there staff selling info to Pakistani communities as that’s where there fraudulent sign is was from staff are so useless and corrupt themselves I am seeking legal advice on this and taking them through a claims court
