Stealing money from my credit card!

Having left Canada 5 years ago, where I was insured with BCAA, I was surprised to find out that they had been taking a few payments from my credit card in recent months. I emailed asking for this issue to be looked into and - it was not. they took more money. Sketchy at best. I hope them seeing this review helps them hurry up and process my refund! Lesson; make sure you ask companies you no longer hold direct debits with, to remove your details from their records.

AVOID BCAA MEDICAL TRAVEL INSURANCE...

November flights to New Zealand needed to be cancelled because of severe illness. Now more than three months later still no reimbursement for airfares. Apparently outsourced to an oxymoronic company called Global Excellence. DO NOT BUY MEDICAL TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.
