It's a Scam. They'll lure you into €7 welcome bonus which you can't use in most of the slots. Then when you want to withdraw that 7 euro they tell you to deposit €10 and then you'll be able to withdraw, okay fine i deposit €10 , trying to withdraw now and it says wager €420 to withdraw. Absolutely gutted.

Availed of a promotion. Met all the conditions and wagering requirements and in fact, played the amount I wom, down to €0. Deposited over and additional €800 (no bonus/promotion attached) and won €1,700.... Hi all so bcasino completely screwed me over with a R1300 withdrawal, I won the money and then went to withdraw, the withdrawal amount available was the R1300 I then did a withdrawal just to recieve a email rejecting my withdrawal when I asked questions in regards the service all of a sudden become pathetic as they would tell me it was a waiger. I also asked them why would it show R1300 withdrawal available if I was not able to draw my money as there is also a bonus total of wich would be the amount you cannot withdraw. I have sent numerous mails spoken to their agents without any feedback this is disgusting way of treating clients that supports your business and I would like to warn everyone of the shady way they work I hope this really helps someone not to make the same mistake and trust them
