Chtr Mobile's customer service is non existent, their website has so many errors and is not user-friendly, and they don't even have an app. Chtr is cheap (notice I did not say inexpensive), but you get what you pay for
I was really impressed by this cellphone repair shop - everyone was nice and all the time assessments were accurate. I was expecting to leave my phone with them for all day, but in less than an hour the issue was diagnosed and my phone was as fast as it was out of the box. I'm also impressed by the 1 year warranty on my new battery, I'll be back here for other issues for sure.
