My account got compromised and was told to write their support but support takes forever to respond. Without any recourse said to me my account can not work because I had put my self in permanent exclusion which I clearly did not. Support isn’t very useful and dispite having to help you. This site is very messy and customer care is for worse and moneyless. What a joke. I’ll see your platform very soon.

I deposit my money but don't receive it two days passed. When i contact with customer support. They tell me every time our backend time review your deposit and i received nothing.

I have bought around 178 lottery tickets for a single draw of bc lotto and in their prize distribution,it was clearly mentioned that if you matched no numbers,you would get a bonus ticket and in similar way,I had more than 70 tickets where I matched none and so I was eligible for those bonus tickets but offered none and when I asked char representative which is Claud who says it means you can participate in next draw,,,what a baseless response and so I asked her that I am a graduate in Computer Science and knows what does it means but she consistently asked me that we cann't offer you bonus tickets and every time,she translated it wrong so I want to ask bigger authorities of bcgame.top if you cann't provide what you wrote in prize distribution,then why you stated that and let me tell you what you wrote there...
