Poor cleaning quality, cheating on pricing, customer service. Don't waste your time and money on this dodgy company.
The sale team overstated the quote, problem fixed when you communicated with the sales manager. 2 bond cleans with total $1200 and you end up cleaning both houses again by yourself as they did crap jobs. Customer services refuse to investigate and arrange reclean service under guaranteed policy regardless your estate agent sent through evidence of disqualified cleaning quality. Bonds clean but they don't clean the carpet and your estate agent ended up arranging another company to come and clean it at your expenses. Please use BCIC's services if you wish to deal with the same issues as we did.

This company is fantastic. They did an end of lease clean for my son and from the very first contact they were great. Very fast at replying, great communication all through, very competitive price, honest and reliable. They also sent before and after photos. I would absolutely use them again and recommend this company.

I appreciate the punctuality of the cleaners and the confirmation of the clean. I also requested a change to the day of cleaning, which was easily accommodated. The price for a room at the Mantra was $540, which was the best price I could find, but the work was completed within a 4-hour period (Min. clean is 5 hours). I would have liked the tops of the air conditioners cleaned. The unit's cleaning met the requirements of my landlord and I received all of my Bond following the clean and inspection.

Absolutely horrible. They were supposed to arrive between 9-9:30 am, but did not show up until 10. They came and inspected the place, saying that the apartment was in poor condition and that they would not have enough time to clean our balcony windows. I argued with them back and forth because our apartment was in fine condition, and all the marks/dust could be cleaned easily if they could just put a little effort in. I then told them I would clean the windows on the balcony because I was sick of arguing. I left at 11:30 am to go to Bunnings to purchase cleaning supplies for the windows, and when I returned at 12:30 pm, they had done nothing. I called them immediately, asking the cleaners where they were, and they said they were getting chemicals and would need another 15 minutes to return. They did not return until around 1:30 pm, and they should have had the chemicals with them in the first place. They started cleaning at 2, then told me that they would work longer for free and do a proper job. However, after two hours, and considering there were three of them, they stated that they were finished and that the place was clean. I immediately checked, and there were still marks on the wall, and they had not vacuumed the place properly. We had another argument going back and forth about them being unprofessional. They kept telling me that there was a bond-back guarantee, and so if the property manager says no on the report, they would come back and clean for free. My problem was that they first said they did not have enough time, and that's why I had to clean the windows outside. However, not only did they start late, but they also finished earlier than the time they told me they would finish( they told me they would finish at 5, but finished at 4:30). So, why couldn't they start earlier and clean the whole apartment (including the balcony, because that's what I paid for), and also do a decent job? I can still see marks on the wall and dust on the floor, and yet they refused to do it, constantly saying that if the property manager says no, then they will come back, when they could have cleaned it at that moment. When my partner questioned them, one of the cleaners said, "You must be the property manager, hey?" He said it in a sarcastic tone, and no professional should ever speak to a customer in such a manner. He then questioned the windows I was cleaning, and if my cleaning looks exactly like what theirs look like, they should be out of the industry. This was supposed to be spotless. They were supposed to be professional cleaners. They came in polos and thongs! How ridiculous is that! This company is the worst on the market, and PLEASE, DO NOT PAY THEM FOR YOUR BOND CLEAN! You can do a better job cleaning by yourself than hiring these so-called 'professional cleaners'. I basically cleaned half the apartment, and yet I paid them full price. So, for anyone who's seeing this, my advice is to go with the bond cleaners your real estate agent provided, so that they can be responsible and not you. And lastly, DO NOT GO WITH BCIC. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I booked a full bond clean, and my experience has been extremely disappointing:
The first cleaner arrived late, spoke no English, and completed maybe 25% of the job.
They returned later, but the job was still incomplete, the property failed the inspection.
A re-clean was arranged, but the cleaner never showed up, despite being aware of the appointment (I have text proof).
I requested a refund, but it was refused, and now communication has stopped entirely.
I had to hire another company and pay again just to get the property cleaned properly.
I urge anyone who’s had a similar experience to take action:
Lodge a bank dispute for services not delivered
Submit a complaint to Fair Trading Queensland
Report misleading practices to Google
Fair Trading Queensland has the authority to investigate, mediate disputes, and, in serious cases, take businesses to court if they breach consumer laws.
No one else should have to go through this. Sharing your experience and lodging complaints can help hold them accountable and protect others.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I wish I could give ZERO stars
This was hands down the WORST end-of-lease clean I’ve ever experienced. The job was not even completed, yet they had the audacity to try and upsell me for cleaning blinds I had already paid for. When I arrived at the property, the actual cleaner was nowhere to be seen—just his sons, who had NO idea what was going on or why I was being charged more. Completely unprofessional.
After waiting nearly half an hour, the cleaner finally turned up and gave a completely different excuse—now claiming it was about a "walk-in robe" instead. Funny how the story keeps changing. He promised everything would be done within the original timeframe. It wasn't.
What I walked into was a joke. The place was in WORSE condition than when I handed it over. It honestly looked like barely anything had been cleaned at all. I ended up spending 3 hours of my own time fixing their mess, just so it wouldn’t be a total embarrassment.
To top it off, when I asked for a refund, they refused—despite the fact I had to clean the property myself after paying them to do it. Their response? "Hand the keys back and we'll only return if the real estate agent complains." Are you serious?
And here's the kicker: they record phone calls without telling you. That’s not just shady, it's potentially illegal. This entire company is dodgy, dishonest, and an absolute nightmare to deal with.
**Avoid this company like the plague. Save yourself the stress and go with literally anyone else.**

Rangehood left without cleaning
I booked a bond clean and was really disappointed with the result. The rangehood was left oily and sticky, and it’s clear it wasn’t cleaned properly. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the company, but no one is getting back to me. Very unprofessional service and lack of follow-up.

Warning: Deceptive Conduct – Do Not Use This Cleaning Service
Originally quoted $680. They insisted on advance payments, then demanded another $200 on the day for "extras." The job failed inspection, was poorly re-cleaned, and we eventually had to hire a separate cleaner to do the job properly. Total outlay:~$1,500.
After weeks of back-and-forth, they agreed to a partial refund, then only paid a portion and stopped replying.
Online, there are hundreds of similar complaints: upselling, unfinished work, ghosting, and refusal to refund. This is not an isolated issue — it’s a repeat pattern of behaviour.

Very happy with my experience
I felt a bit pressured into booking and paying on the spot when I first called up to get a quote. I was offered a 10% discount to put my deposit down straight away but that didn't actually end up being 10% 🤣
But that's ok, I'm very happy with the service, communication and great price.
I spent a few hours cleaning my house a couple of days before the cleaner Javier came in. Javier was on time, polite, courteous, and he did a wonderful job getting my house perfect for me so that I could get a full bond refund.
I recommend this company, and I will happily use them again for future spring cleans of the house I've just bought.
