Ben was contacted to see if he could fix a problem that both Texecom and an approved Texecom security company could not in relation to my alarm. He came out within 24hrs of me speaking to him and rectified the problem in a few hours.
I then asked him to complete a full service on my alarm and this he carried out both promptly and professionally.
Absolutely no doubt will use him again and recommend him to others for both alarm and cctv.
