As with the previous review I experienced exactly the same response. I wish i had read the review before buying. This is a scam and should be removed from the search engine. Avoid like the plague.
Not even one star. I ordered a battery and received a notice that it was shipped on May 27th. In September, I informed them that I never received it. Their response was, "Maybe your family or neighbor helped you receive it. Can you please check?" I confirmed that wasn't the case, and they then asked, "Can you please confirm your address is correct?" They suggested there might be an issue with the post office and offered to either refund me or send another battery. I opted for them to send another one. On September 30th, I contacted them again to report I still hadn't received anything. They repeated the same questions: "Did a neighbor take it in? Is your address correct?" I reiterated that no one had taken it and that my address was correct. Now, they’ve stopped responding altogether. I fear this is a scam. Do not buy from them.
