Amazing device, professional service

B cure classic device

Got the device for my mum who suffers with sciatic pain in the back and down the legs and after 7 days of using the B cure classic device she has seen fantastic results. The pain has not completely gone but she has had brilliant pain relief and can not wait to complete the 30 day treatment and see the final result!! Very happy.

Had the device for about 6/7 weeks

Had the device for about 6/7 weeks now and I can already see a massive difference of pain that I was suffering in my knee, I even got once for my brother to use and he’s said the exact same. I would highly recommend giving it a go

Amazing help from KARL!!! Amazing Laser!!!

Karl has been absolutely fantastic!! I wanted to write this review just to say ultimately how useful this brilliant laser has been in my recovery. I can say that I have recovered significantly in my strength, and my fatigue has improved. I am proud of myself but also proud of this little device I have been using daily!!

My condition is rare, and I wanted to seek advice from the B-cure team, and I was fortunate enough to meet Karl.

Before our initial zoom meeting, I sent Karl a lot of information about my condition and its many neurological symptoms. Karl took his time and kindly looked at the document thoroughly before our zoom session. He then thoroughly explained the ability of the laser to help my condition. After, he went through a bespoke routine for my treatment and reassured me. This was and is amazing - I know exactly where to place it for each nerve and muscle for the most efficient recovery. Thanks to Karl's suggestions, I have been trying to follow it daily and have made the routine reasonably practical. I can multitask and benefit from laser therapy simultaneously ( I am literally using the laser now as I write this review)!!

Karl also continues to support me and is there when I update him. He oozes positivity and has advised me about taking lasers on planes (because I didn't want to miss out on the marvellous laser treatment during my holiday)!. Karl genuinely is a wonderful person, and I do owe a large portion of my recovery to him😊

I continue to recover, and I remember how fortunate I am to possess this miracle device every day!!

Thank you so much, Karl and B-Cure, for this brilliant device!!!

I got a device for my mother who has…

I got a device for my mother who has used the device religiously for 6 weeks and i am over the moon with how much the device has helped her with the pain, i could not thank B Cure enough for the help they have given my mother and I would recommend to anybody who suffers with Arthritis as it really does make a huge difference.

Training for using my Bcure laser

My training was delayed as I travelled a few days after receiving my Laser and then I was very busy with work on my return. Cher was very understanding and flexible. The actual training was very useful. Cher built on my existing knowledge and experience of using my brother in law's kit to give me extra tips to get the best out of my laser. She was very friendly and at the end of the session, I felt very confident to use the laser but also felt supported as I can go back to Cher with further questions. Thank you.

Great service

Bought the device back in April. Had some problems recently, called in and got great service. Cherlyn was really helpful, have plenty of time explaining everything being very patient. Really appreciate the help and great service. And the device really is making a difference to my Dad who is using it.

Final update 8/12/22
After another call to the company we finally received our refund.

After many emails and calls we are still awaiting our refund. Excuse after excuse from this company as to why this hasn't happened. Unless you have money and time to waste, stay clear.

Further update: 21/11/22
Sending a typed up list showing they have refunded the money but after 13 days and numerous calls and emails between them and the bank, nothing has been received. My partner will now be seeking legal action if it is not done by the end of this week.

Update: 1/11/22 Finally we got the details to return the machine which we have done. Received an email from company 4 days after the tracker said it was delivered, confirming delivery that day. A week later received a call asking for the tracking number so they could trace parcel! Now awaiting our refund. Will update again once this has been received.

My partner was contacted about this machine making him believe his doctor had referred him for it. He received the training call and has used it as instructed for the month but has had no benefit as his problem is not arthritis but rather a medical condition. We contacted Good Energies who told us they are the logistics company and that we got the machine through a third party and would not give us the details of the company and we have absolutely no details on how to return the machine. The person we spoke to at Good Energies said they would get the company to contact us but of course this has not happened. Now we don't know how to return it and they will probably charge us for it so I would say this is a big scam in just getting people to unknowlingly purchase something that is no use so I will have to contact my bank after the transaction to report it.

Since I purchased the B Laser I got very good training and all the staff and trainers (ms cheryl Frank) very helpful. Ad had a little problem with Pod very happily they are sending a new one. The best customer service ever had . Also the product is very effective.

I am writing this to rectify a previous trust pilot review I did and made a mistake and only gave one star instead of what I wanted which was a five star rating . For this I apologise wholeheartedly . So-may I say I am delighted with this product as it has changed my life from being in pain and immobile to now being pain free and mobile ! What more could I want . The customer care lady -Sher - has been wonderful and I plan to keep in touch with her as I am sure there is more I can learn from her . Once again apologies for my mistake ,Helen Mcewan .

I struggle with tmj and neck pain

I struggle with tmj and neck pain. I’m allergic to most pain meds so was struggling what to do and found this device. It’s early days but I do notice the pain has lessened highly recommended this as solution in your pain toolkit.

B cure laser is an amazing device

B cure laser is an amazing device. It has really helped me with my carpal tunnel and trigger fingers. I have avoided surgery due to this device.
It can take a few days until you see a difference but it's definitely worth it.

Compliments recovery & pain management

Following a hysterectomy, the B-cure laser complemented the management of my discomfort and recovery. I’m not a fan of pain medication, so managing my pain with the laser was a good option for me with positive results.
The customer service was second to none throughout the purchase, training and after care. Chanelle was friendly and professional and was very helpful when I managed to misplace my charger. Highly recommended

After years of knee pain…

After years of knee pain and more frequent flare ups, I stumbled across the B-Cure laser and signed up for a trial. Two months later I was not only pain free but more active and taking no medication! A year later and I am self-managing my pain relief with the BCure Laser and continue to have fantastic support from the BCure team if needed. Highly recommended!

The laser helps my arthritic knee.

The laser helps my arthritic knee.
I can now do squats again!
If I don't take the laser with me when I am away from home and can't use the laser for a few days, the pain starts to increase again, so I always try to take it with me.
I use it twice a day morning and evening. It has simply become a part of my daily routine.
The stand that comes with the laser has broken and I had trouble contacting the company to ask for a replacement stand, but eventually contact has been established and this should now be resolved.

Great Customer service

Elle was great, and very helpdful calling twice a week. The product did not work I am afraid but the customer service was absolutely 10 out of 10. I got my money back no problem at all.

The company has been good to deal with

The company has been good to deal with but ultimately I did send the product back as it didn't seem to help my particular issue (bilateral flexor tenosynovitis). The device had arrived and I had already tried using it myself before the customer service person caught up, but since then Cher has been very helpful having given the training and being a reliable contact via email. She has supported me in honouring the company's money-back guarantee for which I am very grateful.
