This is my second machine
This is my second machine, my wife got me my 1st one, easy to use, good mouth piece, and nice range of temperatures. After seeing what the best temperature for various turpentine for pain relief, it would be nice to have the temperatures go down to 300 f. I use the various temperature to get the max pain relief. Also which you sold the glass cylinder as mine 1st machine cracked. Expensive way to replace the cylinder by buying another machine. I see you can replace the whole mouth piece which includes the cylinder, but pay $20.00 plus 20 for shipping better buy new with filter and get free delivery. Otherwise it is a great little machine.

I was not angry about the mix up, just a little confused and disappointed. They were both very helpful, and I am satisfied with my service and will purchase again!
