Hi David,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that the sweatshirt didn’t fit as expected.

We aim to provide accurate sizing information, and while our male models—who are about 5'11'' (180 cm) and 177-187 lbs (80-85 kg)—comfortably wear size L, we understand sizing can feel different.

To help customers find the best fit, we include a red note on every product page, just above the "Add to Cart" button, mentioning that the sweatshirt may run smaller based on some customer feedback (especially from our American customers). On that note, we also recommend checking the detailed size guide before purchasing. The size guide includes exact measurements in both inches and centimeters, and we encourage comparing these with a similar sweatshirt you have at home to ensure the right fit.

Since we’re always looking to improve, it would be helpful to know if there was any reason you didn’t follow this advice, as it could help us make sizing information even more accessible.

The softness and durability of this material come from the extra steps in the cotton processing, making it smoother and longer-lasting compared to regular cotton.

The "premium" aspect is based on the quality of the fabric, not its thickness. As for the weight, our t-shirts are not thin—they are medium weight, falling in the average range at 4.2 oz (142 g/m²). We also specify this in our product descriptions to give a clear idea of what to expect.

We understand that there can be different preferences regarding fabric weight and feel. Our T-shirts have a standard weight of 4.2 oz (142 g/m²), which we believe provides a good balance between comfort and durability. We haven't encountered issues with transparency, even with tattoos, but we understand your concern and would love to assist further.

We apologize for the delay. Since the item you ordered was only available in one of our warehouses outside the UK, we had to fulfill it from there. Due to the UK's exit from the EU, shipments must go through customs, which unfortunately adds extra time. This process is beyond our control.

As stated in our policy, items typically arrive within 4-7 business days once shipped. Additionally, because we create each product specifically for you upon order placement, it cannot be shipped immediately. This practice helps us reduce overproduction and minimize environmental impact, which we believe is an important step towards sustainability.

Thanks for your feedback! We're sorry you felt that way, but our 100% combed and ringspun cotton tees and durable vinyl stickers have received great reviews from many happy customers.

Just to clarify, our shirts range from $38-43 including shipping, while Supreme’s tees go for $48-98 plus $10 shipping. So, that is simply not true.
Plus, we believe we bring even more swag to the table and definitely more weirdness! 😎

In addition, we are a small independent brand and put our heart into every product, Supreme is a brand owned by a corporate giant.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we were never contacted by you before the review. We'd have gladly addressed any concerns had we been aware. We also have tried to contact you at your e-mail address offering a free replacement once you show us proof of the defects, but we have received no reply from you.

Please know that we're here to assist, and if you reach out to us at info@bdifferent.clothing, we can arrange a replacement for any defective items at no extra cost if you send pictures proving the defects in your item.

Regarding the stickers, it seems very unfair to include something in the review you did not pay for nor did we say on our site that you would get it. We sell those stickers. They're separate purchases and aren't automatically included with every order.

Additionally, we noticed your mention of loose strings for a snapback hat, which seems unusual as we don't understand what you are referring to as strings in the snapback. We'd like to learn more about this.

Please don't hesitate to contact us directly so we can resolve these issues promptly.
