Reliable Service and Excellent Customer Communication
I have had a very positive experience with Greatdeals.se. One thing that really stands out is that they always keep their promises. Everything I was told during the purchase process was delivered exactly as expected, which builds a lot of trust as a customer.
What impressed me even more was their customer communication. Despite being a relatively small company, they do an excellent job responding to questions and keeping customers informed. Their communication is clear, friendly, and timely, which is something many much larger companies often fail to do.

Tried to cancel my order before it…
Tried to cancel my order before it shipped. They ignored my emails and calls for 2 days, no answers. Then shipped my order anyways. Scam.

Hi Marc! Sorry to hear this. We do have limited customerservicehours- normally we answer emails tuesdays and thursdays. This is one of several reasons that we can offer very low prices. It is not a problem for us to cancel orders! Normally emails about cancellation reaches us in time, since we have 3-5 business days before shipping out from our warehouse in Sweden.

Silence from customer service
I ordered 3 products and wanted to return one. I got the return address and I was told that I must pay for the costs. That was ok. I asked twice where to fill return form and ask for refund. Customer service did not reply.
I can not recommend Greatdeals.se
