Hi Elif,
Thank you for sharing your impression — we truly appreciate your point of view.
We’d like to take a moment to clarify a few things and address your concerns. Since no account details were provided, we’re currently unable to check your case. However, if you contact us with the subject line "Trustpilot", we’ll be happy to review whether you received your welcome bonus and, if not, look into the reason why.
As we’d love to see you back, we’re also happy to revisit your case and see if there’s a bonus we can offer to lift your mood. Just a quick reminder: we’re known for being quite generous with our bonuses, but like everything, timing matters — and we always aim to make it count.

Hi Carlos,
We’re sorry to hear that our site didn’t meet your expectations. Please know that we always strive to reward our customers with generous bonuses. Of course, each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, but once those are met, any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
We’d also like to remind you that all winning combinations are generated randomly. Sometimes it can take a bit of time before a win occurs, and while winning is never guaranteed, we encourage you to play responsibly and within your means.
If you'd like to discuss your experience further, feel free to email us with the subject line “Trustpilot” — we’d be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Best regards,

It's the one I always use to recommend to people.
(Since joining bdmbet i have experienced more fun than most of the other casino's i used to pay on. They have more slots, more bonuses, more features and with the activity missions and wheel spin they really do just offer so much more than most other casino's these days. Ixv .using Bdmbet and the ease of a quick and successful withdraw everytime just makes using this casino all the more worth it. Thanks bdmbet you have my vote cheers guys)
Want to change to review now and if i could rate them no stars i would. Contacted support over a game play session i just had with well over 100 spins in a row on the same slot and not even a win above $3 or a single feature during the $200 thats was just taken spins by spins whilst playing in this casino. Was told its all random and fair. Well my opinion is way different. They just took the money and said it was bad luck i had at the time. Played same slot on another casino and it was no way even close to the bad luck as they put it on multiple other casino's. The date is 15-08-2026. Unable to change the date on this post.
