Be careful with your money
This place is not fair. I won about 1k betting and with slot machines and 1 month later my withdraw is still pending. I lost 1 week for a selfie was accepted...I never had problem with that, but they refuse and refuse.. Later another week for a proof of deposit ( even they want my name appears in a bitcoin transaction...) Finally my account was totally verified but they dont send the money. I talked many times with chat and send emails, but only good words..I dont understand why so many good reviews. Its weird.

Hi Jose,
Thank you for your post — we appreciate your feedback and always take it seriously.
However, it appears that the email you provided does not match any account registered with us, which makes it difficult for us to review your case in detail. That said, we’d like to clarify that in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we may request account verification at certain points. This is a standard process and part of maintaining a secure platform.
We’re glad to see that you're open to resolving the matter. If you’d like more clarity on why certain documents might not have been accepted (in many cases, they’re either incomplete or don’t meet the specified requirements), please feel free to email us with the subject line “Trustpilot”, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
We always operate according to our rules — which every player reads and accepts — and we’re here to help whenever we can.
