George was amazing to deal with and was quick to respond and get the very professional comprehensive report to me. Everything was done via emails which is Perfect for me being a shift worker. I will definitely not hesitate to use this company and deal with George again.

Called to arrange a schedule, but the gentleman who answered was very rude and not very helpful. Hoping this was just a bad day for him. Needless to say will be taking business elsewhere.

BDSA made my life easy with a very simple process. Professional and very structured easy to understand report. It took less than a week (a bit longer than expected) however, when I received the report it was thorough and detailed. I am happy with the service.
