Takes MONEY, No Delivery

We ordered a spreader bar in August. After a month we sent an email. We got a reply back on Oct 10, 2025 saying "I am so sorry for the late reply. September was such a mess, too many exhibitions and parties we were involved in." They sent the tracking number, which still shows they never sent the item. We have sent multiple emails with no response.

Hello Crystal, I didn't realise that we have a trustpilot page before and I am happy that I came across it now.

I checked our email correspondance, and I see that we communicated clearly and offered to ship a replacement for the missing spreader bar (which got lost with Fedex). I checked the FedEx tracking right now and it says delivered on 21st of November. I understand that such a delay is unacceptable, but there is FedEx POD that you finally received the item.
