Misleading & Forced Loan Practice

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Be10x – AI Career Accelerator Program (operated by MAD ABOUT SPORTS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED).

I paid ₹2,596 on 19 April 2026 via UPI to enroll in their program (Batch B20). However, after payment, during onboarding, I was informed that:

The course cannot continue without taking a loan/EMI
The EMI must be done via third-party credit (ICICI/HDFC)
There is no option to continue without loan
No proper exit or refund policy was explained beforehand

This information was NOT disclosed at the time of registration. I clearly told their team that I do not want any loan and was willing to pay directly from my own bank account — but they refused.

⚠️ This feels like a misleading and coercive sales practice.

I want to make it very clear:

I never authorized any loan or EMI
I only made a one-time registration payment
Forcing a loan after payment is completely unacceptable

I have now issued a legal notice demanding:

Full refund of ₹2,596
Cancellation of any unauthorized EMI/loan
Confirmation that my credit (CIBIL) will not be affected

If this is not resolved, I will proceed legally through:

Consumer Forum
RBI Ombudsman
Cyber Crime Portal

Please be careful before enrolling. Make sure you clearly understand all payment terms — especially regarding EMI/loan requirements — BEFORE paying anything.

The created the very panic/fomo situation for me and took 4000 rupees initially and did not provided any specific training for it professional sir no return and when I ask for refund they did not give any refund and also took 4000 without a single day training. They are trying to earn their own business and think about their own business rather than entertaining us and making money for themselves please don't go with them they are not the professional they just the businessman who are trying to attract and create the hurry situation for you initially so that you me pick up their courses and go ahead with whatever they are asking you but will never return your money and also will not up to date courses as per you requirement which may help you asking for 40000 to rupees plus GST and tax is like half a luck for nothing is too bad decision to go ahead with they did not even provided the value for my money which I already paid I ask them for the trial classes for 4000 rupees value they did not provided even that they ask for another 20000 rupees at least which I could not afford to give them for useless course. They should be banned as a professional teachers but they are the businessman which are running and earning money for no use for no proper course no qualification just making money centre at Kolkata culprit chit fund.

I joined their three hours workshop informing ten super ai tools to take your content Creation journey to next level. After the three hours workshop i do joined their detailed one year training program because I was interested in it and I genuinely felt like learning new ai skills to save my time for writing and creating content.
The program is cost effective and also It will be great for freelancers or people searching for new jobs

Very Poor Experience – Main Course Never Started

I enrolled specifically for a Python course, but even after 2 months, the main course never started. Instead, they began bonus courses that I never asked for.

This is completely misleading, as I paid for the main course, not additional content. On top of that, I kept receiving calls to purchase more courses, which was frustrating.

Now I don’t have time to continue, and this situation happened due to their delay and poor management. Even after raising concerns, the refund process has not been handled properly.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for serious learning.

Worst content not worth a paisa.time is valuable than money.please don't waste

Hello brothers and sister , I just tired to pay for Python AI automation course by AI for techies but payment failed and I also felt like attending this course now is not a good option . Then after a day I received a call from BE10x consultancy team to talk about how my payment failed , then I told him I’m not interested to attend this course now ! that guy is deliberately asking me ‘ If you don’t have amount why are you trying to pay in our website ? ‘

Is this how you talk to a costumer BE10x group ? Have he seen my bank balance ? He is very impolite and I’m regretting for choosing to learn from you people . This is how you speak with a student who is trying to learn from your academy . I’m disappointed in your consultancy team . I tried to raise complaint by again reaching out to their consultant, there the other one is saying ‘ It’s okay you are not a customer you are a student ! ‘
So you can talk impolite to a student ? We are paying you people for your course keep that in mind . We are your customers and it’s not okay to speak impolite and nonsense to your customers . Very bad experience !! Never reach out to these people . Selling a course for ₹9 and marketing a new course at the end for ₹24k .

some telemarketing people speak online to promote some apps. search in gpt the list of ai apps which will cover this 3hrs content in minutes

Fraud company

Stay away from their programs. It over promised under delivered. Absolute waste of 34k.

They only cover topics on surface level. You become jack of all tools with limited knowledge. Trainer quality is OK. But content is severely lacking.

They use urgency tactics in free webinar to coerce you into registering for their main programs.

The cherry on top is financial freedom accelerator. Another useless course. They are in cohoots with springpad and use AI career accelerator to cross sell their premium(only by name not value) program.

Frankly free resources give better value.

Enable chat on YouTube you will get to know the frustration of people. Your adds are so annoying, everytime I want to write it in comment box, it say chat disabled

I copied this review because I had a similar experience. Unfortunately, I came across it a bit late. They are misleading people—claiming that the enrollment fee is non-refundable, which was never disclosed during the free seminar. I recently looked into the be10x AI Career Accelerator program after attending their "free seminar" which was a sales pitch, and while the marketing is slick, the reality is far from the "Ivy League" experience they promise.
The "Microsoft" Myth: They claim you get officially certified by Microsoft. However, Microsoft support forums have explicitly stated they have no such collaboration with be10x. You're essentially paying ₹28,600 + GST for a credential that carries no weight with actual recruiters.
The Refund Trap: Don't be fooled by the "200% money-back guarantee." Numerous users have reported that the criteria to qualify for this refund are nearly impossible to meet, and customer support often goes silent once the payment is made.
Basic Content: Most of the "advanced" AI hacks they teach—like basic ChatGPT prompts and Excel shortcuts—are available for free on YouTube or for ₹500 on Udemy.
High-Pressure Tactics: The "only 30 seats left" and "limited time bonuses" are classic FOMO tactics used to stop you from doing exactly what I did: researching their reputation.
Verdict: Save your ₹28,600. If you want to learn AI, go to Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, or even Microsoft’s own free Learn portal.

Check refund policy before any payment. I doubt their credentials. Would not recommend. Instead go with reputed institutes.

I am very disappointed to say that it's not worth it because in every session the teacher give other question answer but around 4 months are done there is not a single teacher give my answer of my question during the session. Also they focuss the strength of the students in one lecture. The strength of the student in a lecture around 350. You are not provide "Chole Puri" like bhandara, you provide knowledge it's very precious. So the strength of the students is minimum 30 to 35 last but you take 10times. Also the teacher not teaching in hindi for some times to clear all the problems in lecture they describe all the things in English also very fastly. How can I understand yaar. The lecture is too speedy like toofan. Also the man who connects me to be10x they never respond in phone calls. So, I am very disturbed of these type services please shutdown your's company and give my money back.

I have already tried contacting via WhatsApp multiple times, but the support channel is not functioning properly and messages fail to send.

Also, I have already communicated this issue clearly over email and provided all necessary details. However, instead of resolving the issue, I am continuously being redirected without any actual solution.

The concern is very clear:

- Unauthorized cheque deposit despite hold request
- ₹590 bank charge incurred
- Negative impact on CIBIL

This is not a case that requires repeated redirection but a clear resolution.

I request you to address this issue directly instead of redirecting to non-working support channels.

Looking forward to a proper resolution.

They do the heavy marketing and claimed that you have to pay 9 INR for workshop, whereas they charged 249 INR. Within the workshop you feel it will b wonders and they create a aura that Join of our AI Career Accelerator course, which will be delivered by qualified trainers, but unfortunately not. Its not a 100% ROI, they will not take queries of the users as they turned off the video's and mike, so that you can't interact with them. Its a complete loss, I am feeling after paying multiple thousand of Rs to them. I will not recommend to anyone. All freshy will take the class and its not engaging and they used to ask the feedback forcefully within the session. Also they used to promote Springpad, which is also not a good platform having negative reviews a lot. Hence don't fall within their trap. Very poor experience.

annoying guy and your ads are horrible. Plss stop spending on marketing instead use that money in your company rather than scamming people in the name of AI , Python, excel.

They are just a fraudulents they would convince about money refund thing during enrolment then when you ask for it they would give all kinds of excuses and not refund don’t enroll at all and ask all your friends not to do it they pressurise you the. Make false claims and then they don’t refund at all I have all the screenshots of the fake promises and everything they made and I’m still asking for refund and they giving me bullshit responses

It's a fraud company, they buff you can take your money and after that they will attend the call also.

Just Marketing, a huge failure in delivering the real value.

They will show some of the tools and do the upselling. Once you join that course, they don't deliver anything, quality of conent is not even worth 500Rs.
Then they start further upselling without delivering any value. They do just upselling after upselling without delivering any value. It are just creating FOMO by marketing and collecting the money. They are thugs. There is no customer support, no teacher, no learning content, just show off. Don't fall prey to thugs.

As in reply you have said sorry, If you really feeling sorry, you should make provision to return the money for all the participants whom you have provided 3rd grade material.

Now, I see you are asking the information for review but last time, when I called your customer care, no one picked the call. Even your customer care is fraud. You don't have any customer care, and no refund. People should not trust you guys at all.

I enrolled in a course offered by Be10x after being assured of a 100% money-back guarantee if the course did not meet my expectations. Based on this assurance, I paid a total of ₹22,000 in two installments.
However, after accessing the course content, I found that it did not meet my expectations. When I requested a refund, the company introduced new conditions such as mandatory course completion and attendance requirements, which were not clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
Additionally, I was given different refund conditions at different times (initially different terms were communicated, later new conditions were introduced), which created confusion and lack of transparency.
I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team via email and WhatsApp, but I did not receive a proper resolution. At one point, my support ticket was even closed without resolving the issue.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to carefully review all terms and conditions before enrolling. Transparency and customer support need significant improvement.
I hope for a fair resolution of my issue.

Update: The issue has now been resolved and I have received a full refund. Although the process took time and multiple follow-ups, it was eventually handled.
