Very bad experience, lured in for a trial, tried to cancel subscription but they used every excuse not to. Had to change card as every month they demanded more money. Was told I can cancel my account on Web but it says not available at this time. Avoid at any cost, daylight robbery

Disgusting scam. My father sent an email to cancel his subscription, twice, and subsequently cancelled his direct debit.
They have now started legal action on my father, demanding nearly £200.
Because my father doesn't keep emails he sent a year ago, (which is when he cancelled it), the legal firm are insisting we pay. Even though we have the second email he sent confirming he would like it cancelled.
They prey on the vulnerable and should be put out of business. I will be complaining to their governing body.

I have tried to cancel before it gets renewed but they say I have to write to the assistance team who do not answer my mail. What should I do before I get debited again?

Total Scam. First month debit was R199, before my subscription was finished I went to cancel. I could not cancel online, so I sent email to customer service. Then I get told I need to send a cancellation letter via email signed and dated and that I have to basically give 14 days notice of cancellation before my next debit. Next thing I know I'm debited R995, 5 times the first months amount!!! There is absolutely NO information on the site regarding packages/subscription fees or any of that regular info. I am shocked and disgusted and from the other reviews it looks like I may have to cancel my bank card. I have put in a formal dispute and complaint with my banking institution and will add to the reviews so hopefully people search for reviews before just signing up to this scam.

Be warned!.. this is a criminal enterprise,
do not sign up, they don't allow you cancel your subscription when it's active, they will ignore you cancellation requests and continually charge your monthly subscription, all this and the fact that the site is littered with fake profiles, do not sign up!

It's a scam. I signed up for one month which was supposed to be €20. Instead they took €50 from my bank account. Then they took another €50 every month for the next 8 months (€400 in total) without my knowledge or consent. There are no details of my subscription or payments anywhere on my be2 account settings. Cancelling or deleting the account is impossible. I've tried several times to contact their 'customer service' but just get automated responses. I may have to cancel my bank card and get a new one now. Their website is a rabbit warren of crap info and dead links. I'll be reporting them to the Gardai for online fraud and every Irish/EU consumer service I can find. They should be in prison.

This business is an underhanded business. They only care about extracting money from clients. They lure you in with a cheap price then automatically renew your contract with no warning or get out clause. They detail things in the small print only and will not give refunds. There service is no better than any other. It’s just tinder that you pay for. Do not use this site if you don’t want to get fleeced for money and change your credit card details after you have finished with them. Not to to be trusted.

I signed up to a 1 month premium subscription for €4.99 with be 2 only to be charged €19.96 I emailed their customer service twice to no avail. One very irrate Irish woman here. Not impressed at all!

Pity I can't leave a review with no star. Same issue as all the others. Impossible to cancel. It is funny how all the good reviews 5 stars come from DE or GB. Come on Trustpilot do something about this. It's a scam

My sister cancelled her subscription with Academic Singles. She actually got a refund but they are now hounding her with collection letters from B2.com, saying she owes them the money back - do not use this company

Do not go near them.
Dispute is ongoing with bank working with me but don't hold out much hope...

Cynical nasty company. They have numerous versions of dating sites that operate on the basis of extracting further cash from anyone foolish enough to sign up to their bottom-of-the-barrel service. Rotten to the core
