Caused localised skin swelling and skin flaking

I bought the Solar Defence SPF 50 100ml from them and it caused a horrible skin reaction (skin flaking and swelling). When I brought this up to the Customer Service Team and sent the pictures they requested, rather than investigate the formulation given its risk to customers, they blamed me by saying it's either my diet (which I log daily and hasn't changed in years). Then they disingenuously claimed I have dry skin, which I never had a day in my life. I took a leap of faith to make my first order from this small business to support smaller companies than the likes of Amazon. However, given my reaction to their product and the victim-blaming attitude of their customer service, I regret my purchase and would not recommend.

*UPDATE*: After some (unnecessary) haggling, I got my money back and they agreed to test the sunscreen that I received.
