Had a response email from On The Beach

Had a response email from on the beach. Basically they wanted an assignment of rights so that they would then consider repayment but gave no date as to when this was to be done. My Grandson sent a message to the effect that if they gave a date and irrevocable promise of payment an assignment according to their terms would be made. The requested assignment of rights prohibited any claim under section 75. They have until close of business today to confirm payment date. A section 75 claim will be started tomorrow.
