Do you like deflated balls that don't hold air? Well you came to the right place. I made an order or 6 large balls for a project. 1 out of 6 held air. I made contact and never heard back. I made a 2nd purchase so I could complete this project and 2 of the 6 held air. Again made contact for a refund or replacement and never heard back. Crap products with crap service.

I ordered from Beachballs twice this past summer. The second time the order was damaged because the package was taped so tight I had to use a scissors to get it open. You can guess what happened. Great customer service. And yes you get to speak to a real person! Two items were damaged and replaced within 2 days.

your service is wonderful and the balls are gorgeous but at this point only nine have survived. they start to loose air
i don’t recall how many i bought over two orders but they are not lasting through the summer ( we take them out of the pool each night for safety)

This is my second experience with this company and their product quality is amazing and super quick delivery. Overall, I highly recommend this company. I did have an issue with several of the balls having small leaks (all were the same color and size), so it must have been an issue with just that particular stock. All of the other balls seemed to be high quality as with my previous order (it was much larger and all were perfect).

We ordered 24 beach balls 6 pink and white, 6 light blue and white, 6 solid pink and 6 solid light blue. 4 solid blues had holes on them and 1 solid pink had a hole.

The balls are a good size, firm, and have nice colors. I had a little difficulty ordering them and I called the company. They were very helpful and gave me free shipping because of the inconvenience .

The sizes are misleading. I bought 4 black Beach balls. 2*12” inch and 2*20” to be exact. First of all, they advertise the deflated size, which to their credit they do specify in the description, but… who buys a beachball according to deflated size? Why not be more upfront, transparent and advertise the inflated size?

Worst of all, my 2*20” Beachballs are not the correct size any which way. They measure to about 18” deflated and 12” inflated instead of the advertised 20”/15” respectively. I contacted the company and it’s been radio silence. Bummer.
