I have not had any email or correspondance from Beached at all. I ordered my item 8 days ago and it said it would be Royal Mail delivery so it should have come days ago. My friend has also had the same experience and it took 5 weeks for her to receive her product with no explanation.

Not received the item, I have emailed three times now to chase this up and no one has got back to me. So I without a product I have fully paid for!

I have been using the Beached Urban Waves product for a few years now and I absolutely love it, however I recently placed a new order and similarly to other recent reviews the company have taken payment and I have not received my product. I have queried with customer service (who in the past have been great) to which I received the same auto response to contact someone directly and again this person has not replied to my emails. I really hope to eventually receive my order as I do love the product but this experience has really put me off ordering from you again. I would like out of respect to at least have a reply to explain the delay or receive my money back. I actually am starting to wonder if the company or owner/staff are going through difficulties as I have not seen them post on Instagram since July, but if this is the case then their site should be down or a note should be visible on their site to explain this to customers. I am understanding, but not having this is misleading us especially as we have our own difficulties with money. I am hoping this is sorted soon and I don't have to take this further.

11/11/22 further update. I did end up receiving my order this week with the kind gesture of free sun cream and aftersun. I did speak to citizen's advice last week who advised that the company legally can take up to 30 days to send out an order unless a different time frame is stated, I did thankfully receive my order within this time. I am just adding onto my original review in case any other customer needs to see this info. Also, for the company, it might be worth adding on the customer service email reply the longer wait time, I feel this may keep your customers happier so they understand the situation rather than just ignoring them. I can only assume we are ignored because there are too many complaint emails, but it was never the waiting time, it was the ignoring that bothered me the most, and sending a more detailed auto email reply may stop numerous emails in the first place. Thanks.

I placed an order on 7th October and I have not received the product. After emailing Beached I received an automated response to say I needed to contact another person who is in charge of fulfilling their orders. I have emailed them on several occasions and I haven’t had any response. They have taken the payment for the product. I will not use this company again and I would like a refund immediately as I am very dissatisfied with the way I have been treated.

The product never arrived, yet you have taken my money! I have contacted you twice via email and no response!!!! Please can someone contact me and tell me what is going on and give me a refund?????

Used this company for a while and like the product. However, have not received product that I ordered over a month ago. Have had no response from customer service.

Still awaiting reply for complaint made, still awaiting for product to arrive even though they were very quick to take the payment!!!!!

I was looking forward to trying the Rays for Days product however, now 10 days after I placed my order I still have no idea when it might arrive. Communication from them was initially promising as I had a reply to my first email within 24 hrs. However further communication has been appalling i.e. none existent! Oh apart from the email they managed to send me asking me to give them a review!! They have also charged me too.
I understand that delivery can be difficult but there is no excuse for failing to communicate with your customers. Very disappointing - would not recommend or use again!

I'm already happy with the efficiency of the delivery process and the great product that saves me time with conditioning and styling my hair but also to receive a free gift of full size sun cream and aftersun! Well I'm just the happiest girl since I'm just about to go on holiday, thank you Beached you made my day!

Love Beached, bought rays for days and get so many compliments when I’m wearing it. This review is for bondi bum, bottle was smaller than I thought it would be, and there isn’t much of a fragrance, however applies really well and leaves skin lovely and soft

The Rays for Days and Bondi Bum are so gorgeous, smell amazing, beautiful packaging (sent in eco-friendly pacakaging) give an amazing glow and last for months and months. The only tiny bugbear I have is that the Bondi Bum cream is very glittery, so for a normal summer day it is a bit much! Would love a less glittery version as it's so lovely and smoothing on the skin.

After testing this product randomly bought at TK Maxx I fell in love with it. I tried at least 5 salt spray and other curly enhancing ones .
This one works best, does not dry hair. I finally can manage my semi - curly hair and feel curls are defined and last. I loved it so much I tried seeking it online and paying full price. ( ouch it’s not really in my league of affordability but it makes me feel great).

I wished it would smell differently as this it no feeling like a natural scent to me. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
Will re-use the beautiful wrapper bag it came in and appreciate the sisterhood note.

Was delivered in the time specified, product absolutely amazing, will definitely order again.
